Method: The reasearch was of a descriptive type that followed a survey method. The research population was the whole community of the SCU Central Library users of which a sample of 350 was selected randomly according to Kerjsi-Morgan table. The data collection tool was a survey tool with 22 items that was taken, and adopted from the LibQual Website.Results: The results of the study revealed that the Central Library under study has acted fairly weak in regards with "Information Control" and "Library as a Place" components. the least expectations of library users were fulfilled in regards with "User perception of the Services". Also, it was found that the weaknesses of the library in the services that were identified by Shams Ejiyeh, were not only have not improved yet, but also have worsen. This has caused some dissatisfaction of the library users. Another survey is to be conducted to reveal the current state of the library. Method: the present study that is adopted using survey method is an applied study in terms of purpose and in terms of nature; it is a descriptive-analytical study. Statistical population consists of all managers and Librarians of Public Libraries of Khuzestan province. Sample size was obtained to 169 people using stratified sampling method. Data analysis was done using descriptive statistics including frequency, mean value, SD and inferential statistics including Kolmogorov-Smirnov and t-test. Results: Obtained results show that research needs of public libraries include 9 main domains and 100 research topics. The most important research fields have been related to Public Library studies with mean value of 4.97; user-related studies and Information Technology with mean value of 4.79 and administrative management with mean value of 4.07.Conclusion: The results showed that new and applied topics, based on future topics and topics related to information and communication technologies for public libraries future research are more have priority. The relationship between cultural intelligence and dimensions to the functioning of librarians using questionnaires, examined and studied community, is academic librarians Tabatabai (a total of 56 managers and librarians) .Results: The findings show that there is a significant relationship between cultural intelligence and performance libraries. The calculated correlation between cultural intelligence and performance 0.63, 0.39 between cultural intelligence strategy and performance components, the components of cultural intelligence on performance 0.51, 0.49 between the components of cultural intelligence motivation and performance, 0.47 between the components of cultural intelligence and performance shows.Conclusion: cultural intelligence librarians Allameh Tabatabai University, the components of cultural intelligence strategy, intelligence and elements of cultural knowledge, cultural intelligence motivation component, component behavior is cultural intelligence. Between cultural intelligence and all the components mentioned there is a significant relationship with the librarians at the alpha level of 0.05. The study population Kerman All user’s public libraries and sample using theoretical sampling were selected consecutively. Data for this study were collected through semi-structured interviews with the participants in this study. To determine the validity and reliability study of Lincoln and Guba assess the validity and reliability of quantitative research was used. Data is encrypted on the basis of theoretical analysis in three stages open encryption, encryption key and encryption selection and then using regular methods of collecting data to identify real issues and scientific themes addressed during the 64 propositions concept finally, based on the extraction and analysis of the real issues were discussed.Findings and Results: The findings showed that current users of public libraries in Kerman social networks to share knowledge, experiences, ideas, group activities, entertainment and leisure time are used but generally negative views of the people of the functioning of social networks, but at the same time based communication and sharing of knowledge in this area exists. Methodology: This descriptive exploratory study was performed on 10 websites belonging to the superior mother universities of science ministry of Iran. Data were obtained using WebQEM checklist.Findings: Considering the four criteria evaluated by WebQEM websites had "highly favorable" status in the following Parameters: "reliability" (0.955), "efficiency" (0.915) and "functionality" (0.825) and a favorable status in the parameter of "usability" (0.703). 20% of the university websites had a highly favorable status and only 20% had a favorable status. Considering the average score obtained in each criteria, it seems that there are some weak points in the "usability" though this parameter is favorable overall. "reliability", "efficiency" and "functionality" have the best status respectively, though there are still some weaknesses in these criteria as well.Originality: This study is among the first research with quantitative methods to evaluate the quality of the university library's website. This type of assessment can be more precise, more accurate, and faster, in the evaluation and improvement of academic libraries and other websites have similar websites. A questionnaire was used to collect data.Results: In the study, only 8 library has librarians and other libraries Managed by students. 87 schools are independent library. 137 library has a collection of more than 1,500 volumes and 140 library is no independent budget. . in 148 libraries 8 computers, 5 software library is available. Only 6 library had telephones.
