Its population consists of 370 employees in petrochemical companies located in South Pars Economic Energy Special Zone.A questionnaire was used to collect data. SPSS21 and LISREL8.80 software packages are used for data analysis. To this end, the existing community of researchers in the study included students from faculties and managers of educational groups at universities and scientific and practical educational institutions in Qom. In addition, in order to calculate and process variables, Excel 2010, SPSS 22 software and independent regresion have been used. The performance of information and communication technology in universities and higher education institutions was studied in decision making components, office automation, research and teaching. 				<dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[Since virtual education has been considered as an alternative for conventional education and it is in progress in M. A. levels in Payam Noor University (PNU) the feasibility assessment of B.A. levels has been studied for the present study. In this study, the facilities and equipment needed for virtual education and the shortcomings of it in PNU is studied. The research is of practical ones and imperative survey is used as the research method. Statistical society contains of university teachers and all the students studying at B.A levels in 2014. For the study of facilities and equipment, systematic observation method was used. Due to some restrictions of motivation etc., and for the increase of validity and reliability a questionnaire was also used to collect the data. According to the observations, the basic equipment and facilities as: computers, internet, skilled personnel needed, economical budgets, and digital textbooks have already been provided in Mashad PNU. On the other hand, possibility of offering virtual education from the view points of teachers was 3.09 out of 5 and from the student's point of view was 2.87. Therefore, it is possible to offer virtual education to BA students in PNU.]]></dcterms:abstract>

				<dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[The aim of this study was to compare efficacy of educational technologies on the relationship between informational literacy and self-education students. The research was an applied research method is correlation. The population included all male students in the sixth grade at two schools, Shohadaye Farhandi and Shahid Komasy 200 students per school in 2016-2017. The sample consisted of 127 students (63 students in Shahid Komasy and 64 students in Shohadaye Farhangi).The questionaries were academic self-efficacy questionnaire Morgan and Jinks (1999) with 0.82 reliability and information literacy of students questionnaire Rahmani et al (1386) with total reliability vary from 0.85. The results of correlation test and software spss version 20 showed that there is no significant relationship between information literacy and academic self-efficacy Shohadaye Farhangi school students the school has equipped with technological facilities (P>0.05), and between information literacy and academic self-efficacy among students of Shahid Komasi there is a significant positive relationship (P]]></dcterms:abstract>

				<dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[Aim: The aim of this study is to provide an image of Linking Devices in the Bibliographic Records of National Library of I.R of Iran and their comparison with the proposed classification of bibliographic relationships by Tillet, Smiraglia, and FRBR model so in this way, we can found homogeneity with each other.Methodology / Approach: The research was adaptive, so that at first Linking Devices available in bibliographic records were identified by used standards, and then they were adapted with a variety of bibliographic relationships.Results: The results showed that some areas display only one type of bibliographic relationships, while the others represent two or more than two kinds of relationships in Tillet, Smiraglia, and FRBR model’s categorizations. In addition, the whole-part relationship (26%) in Tillet categorization, and the Work-to-Work Relationships (11%) and Whole/Part Relationships at the Work Level (14%) in FRBR categorization have the highest prevalence in number of areas.Conclusion: pay attention to bibliographic relationships in patterns and new standards needs to changing of cataloging approach to the display of bibliographic relationships and communication among various works, especially works that have a range of bibliographic.]]></dcterms:abstract>

				<dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[Purpose: The purpose of this study was to study the general status of translated books of women and family based on variables such as general and minor issues, language, author, country of publication, type of activity and gender of translators and authors, and activities of domestic publishers throughout the country. Method: In this study, the bibliometric method has been used. Findings: The findings of the research show that the most translated books in the field of women and family are conducted in the field of marital relations, psychology and family relations, and 45. 3% is the result of women's individual activity. 88. 1% of the books have been translated into English and most of the translated books belong to the United States and England. Conclusion: The evolution of western studies in the field of women and family studies in Western countries has affected the changes that have taken place in Iran in translating books and attracted the attention of translators.]]></dcterms:abstract>
