Purpose: Each activity needs to review its attitudes, systems, services, and plans for achieving added value and make strategy for further development. Achieving this, requires the use of criterions for evaluation using different tools. So, the purpose of this research is to examine and compare the seven models of service quality assessment in libraries and information centers.Method/Approach: To do so, identifying related texts was necessary. By using the library research method, required information was collected. Therefore, keywords such as, quality assessment models, services quality, services assessment, library and information center and other similar things were searched in the web as well as in some leading databases. Finally, after identification and access to valuable and relevant resources, they were used to finalize the paper.Result: The literature review of the evaluation models shows that each of these models has been developed according to a specific need and designed to achieve specific goals. Also, due to their application, certain components are considered for them. In addition, most of the models discussed outside the field of information science and then have entered this field.

Abstract The Impact of Information technology resource and knowledge management capability on competitive advantage Nowadays, information technology has changed many aspects of everyday life of humans. The present century is the age of information and knowledge, and the information, knowledge and importance of these two are rapidly growing as sources of the organization. So, the organization's management has changed product management to knowledge and information management. In this research, the impact of three types of information technology resources and knowledge management capabilities on competitive advantage The statistical population of the research was small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Data were collected using a questionnaire survey with managers of SMEs. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to test the hypotheses. Results showed that Information technology infrastructure and Information technology human resource positively affect knowledge management capability (KMC), which is positively related to competitive advantage. Purpose: The purpose of the research is to provide a structured model of the challenges of Internet of things and to examine the position of the proposed human resources challenge. Methodology: The research is applied in terms of the purpose and the implementation process is such that, after reviewing the literature in the research subject area, the challenges of implementation of the Internet of things were identified and the proposed research challenge was proposed. To achieve importance, level and communication between challenges, interpretive structure modeling has been used. Findings:Challenges of the implementation of the Internet of Things Identification and communication between the challenges were shown and also the level and importance of each of the challenges was identified. Conclusion: The results show that the organizational managers in relation to the implementation of the Internet of things are faced with: what kinds of challenges exist and the importance and communication of each of the challenges. human resources challenge as one of the important challengs is at the first level.

Aim: The purpose of this research was determining the impact of public libraries on educating and training of citizenship skills on the viewpoint of the library managers. Methodology: The research method was descriptive analytical survey. The samples were 45 library managers of public libraries from Tehran public libraries affiliated to country’s public libraries institution. The information gathering tool was a researcher made questionnaire. Findings: Self confidant and national and local identity by 1 score, participation in national and local societies by 2, commitment to justice and social justice by 3, learning to recognize and act by 4, familiarity and using new technologies bu 5 scores alternatively re the main priorities of the samples. Conclusion: Results showed that there is a meaningful relationship between different age groups and citizenship skills, there is a meaningful relation between librarian’s educational level and promotion of citizenship skills. Also findings showed that there is not meaningful relationship between longitude of service and influencing the libraries and finally the libraries have an important impact on citizen skills in all aspects.

Objective: The purpose of the research is identify and validate the factors affecting teacher's knowledge sharing through ICT. Methodology: This research, in terms of purpose, Applied and descriptive-survey method. The statistical population includes all male and female teachers working studying in the academic year of 1396-97 In the Bachelor dissoluteof the Zahedan Faridian University Which numbered 967 people That Based on the Kerjci and Morgan tables, 140 people were selected randomly. Data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire. The instrument validity was measured using expert opinion and factor analysis And its reliability using the Cronbach's alpha coefficient 97% Calculated. Results: All the items From the perspective of the teachers Importantly evaluated. The results of independent t-test and one way analysis of variance showed There is a significant difference between individual factors and organizational factors. Also, Tukey's test showed a significant difference between academic disciplines In the context of the factors affecting teachers' knowledge sharing through ICT. Conclusion: Teachers have a positive view of sharing their knowledge through information and communication technology (ICT). Therefore, education managers should value the importance of sharing knowledge, Education And the use of the potential of experienced teachers and the provision of technology infrastructure, Helping teachers share their knowledge through ICT.

Purpose: The main purpose of this study is to evaluate and compare compare the ability to identify Internet genres among postgraduate students of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz. Methodology: This is an applied research that is performed using survey method. The research population was postgraduate students of Shahid Chamran University of Ahwaz. The population size was more than 4500 people. due to their large number, Krejsi-Morgan table was used for sampling and the sample size was 350. The instrument used in this research was a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by the faculty members of library and information science in Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz and it's reliability was calculated to be 0.81 with Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Findings: The mean scores of students in identifying Internet genres, scientific genres and non-scientific genres were lower than the persumed mean for the research population. For scientific genres 39.61 percent of the responses were correct, and for non-scientific genres, this was 24.46 percent. Also, the mean scores of PhD students were higher than masters students and male students were higher than female students. Conclusion: The results of the research showed that the research population's performance in the identification of Internet genres is weak and there is a need for further education in this field for postgraduate students.

Purpose: Students and professors as the most important elements of the education system have the central and crucial role in effective and successful implementation of e-learning technologies in the field of teaching and learning; and knowing their preparation and attitudes for successful implementation and enforcement of such an approach is essential. Therefore, the present study has been covered in order to fulfill this requirement and designed to assess the preparation of students and attitudes of Azarbaijan Shahid Madani University’s professors toward e-learning system. Methodology The descriptive-survey study was conducted on218students and 198 faculty members of Azarbaijan Shahid Madani University in 2014-2015 academic years, which were selected by stratified random sampling method. The amount of students’ preparation and professors’ attitude towards e-learning system were measured using a standard questionnaire. Statistical analysis used in this study is descriptive and inferential statistics (frequency tables, barographs, mean and standard deviation, one-sample t-test and F- test). Findings: Research findings showed that students of Azarbaijan Shahid Madani University have moderate preparation to participate in e-learning. And also the results indicate that professors of the university have a positive attitude towards the implementation of e-learning system. The results analysis indicates that there is significant difference between the amounts of students’ preparation indifferent schools to participate in e-learning. But about the rest of the questions (the difference between students’ preparation according to their educational level and academic achievements) the difference was not significant.
