To achieve this goal, three basic questions were raised: what are the three main challenges of using mobile library applications? What is the priority of these challenges in Iranian university libraries? What is the communication model for these challenges?Methods: This research is of an applied-developmental type with a mixed Method approach, because a part of the data is collected from the study of texts and qualitative content analysis, and another part is obtained from the survey, and for modeling, the structural-interpretive method, which is a quantitative method. The research community in the first part: articles of the 10-year period from 2010 to 2020 with the keywords "library", "application", and "mobile", have been used in ProQuest, Science Direct, Elsevier, Emerald, Scopus, and Google Scholar databases. The collection tool in the second part of this research was a 25-question questionnaire made by the researcher based on the Likert scale; the community of the second part included librarians of medical sciences libraries in Tehran and specialists in the design of simulations, whose number was about 70 people. And the research community in the third part included two groups: 7 library and information professors, 7 application design specialists, and a total of 14 people as an expert panel based on targeted sampling with the criteria of designing at least 1 successful application for specialists and carrying out a research project practical or theoretical for professors.Results: The study of various texts showed that there are 5 main challenges for using mobile applications in libraries: challenges related to the financial situation, cultural challenges, technical challenges, knowledge and expertise challenges, and interpersonal communication challenges. The prioritization of these challenges from the point of view of library professors and experts in the field of applications were cultural, financial, knowledge and expertise, technical, and interpersonal communication challenges, which were different from the results obtained from the structural-quantitative modeling section; In the structural-interpretive modeling section, these challenges are divided into two: 1. Technical, knowledge and specialization and cultural challenges, these challenges have a great power of influence as well as the power of dependence, they are also related to each other and to the challenges of the second level; But the challenges of the second level, which include; 2. financial and interpersonal communication challenges; which are very close to the first level in terms of influence and dependence, but these two challenges are actually more effective than the first level from the point of view of experts, in the sense that the challenges of the first level are often considered as fixed challenges, while the challenges of the second level can be changed and They have more adjustments. Among the components of the second level of the financial challenge in MICMAC analysis, it was identified as a key component; As it is drawn in the model, this challenge has a general and major impact on other challenges, and changes in it can change other challenges and even solve the challenge in some cases.Conclusions: Library administrators and planners can be advised to use cultural library applications first to pursue cultural issues because changes in financial challenges do not seem to be within their control.}, keywords = { Application,mobile,electronic library services,virtual library,library application}, title_fa = {چالش‌های استفاده از اپلیکیشن‌های کتابخانه‌ای در کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی (مطالعه موردی دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی تهران)}, abstract_fa = {هدف: هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر بررسی چالش‌های اصلی عدم استفاده از اپلیکیشن‌های کتابخانه‌ای است. در این راستا، به سه سوال اساسی پاسخ داده شد: چالش‌های اساسی استفاده از اپلیکیشن‌های موبایل کتابخانه‌ها کدامند؟ اولویت‌بندی این چالش‌ها در کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی ایران چگونه است؟ مدل ارتباط این چالش‌ها چگونه است؟روش: این تحقیق از نوع کاربردی- توسعه‌ای، با رویکرد آمیخته است؛ چرا که بخشی از داده‌ها از مطالعه متون و تحلیل محتوای کیفی و بخشی دیگر نیز از پیمایش بدست می‌آید. برای مدل‌سازی نیز از روش ساختاری- تفسیری که یک روش کمّی است، استفاده شد.. جامعه پژوهش در بخش اول: مقالات دوره 10 ساله 2010 تا2020 با کلیدواژه‌های کتابخانه، اپلیکیشن و موبایل، در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی پروکوئست، ساینس دایرکت، الزویر، امرالد، اسکوپوس و گوگل اسکولار جستجو شدند. ابزار گردآوری در بخش دوم این تحقیق، پرسشنامه 25 سوالی محقق‌ساخته براساس طیف لیکرت است. جامعه بخش دوم: شامل کتابداران کتابخانه‌های علوم پزشکی تهران و متخصصان طراحی اپلیکیشن‌ها بودند که تعداد آنها حدود 70 نفر بدست آمد. جامعه پژوهش در بخش سوم شامل دو گروه بودند: اساتید کتابداری و اطلاع‌رسانی 7 نفر، و متخصصان طراحی اپلیکیشن‌ها 7 نفر بودند و در مجموع 14 نفر به عنوان پنل خبرگی براساس نمونه‌گیری هدفمند با معیارهای طراحی حداقل 1 اپلیکیشن موفق برای متخصصان و انجام طرح تحقیقاتی عملی یا نظری برای اساتید، بدست آمد.یافته‌ها: مطالعه متون مختلف نشان داد که 5 چالش اصلی برای استفاده از اپلیکیشن‌های تحت موبایل کتابخانه‌ها وجود دارد: چالش‌های مرتبط با وضعیت مالی، چالش‌های فرهنگی، چالش‌های فنی، چالش‌های دانش و تخصص و چالش‌های ارتباط بین‌فردی. اولویت‌بندی این چالش‌ها از دیدگاه اساتید کتابداری و متخصصان حوزه برنامه‌های کاربردی به ترتیب چالش‌های فرهنگی، مالی، دانش و تخصص، فنی و ارتباط بین‌فردی بوده که با نتایج بدست آمده از بخش مدل‌سازی ساختاری- کمّی متفاوت است. در بخش مدل‌سازی ساختاری- تفسیری، این چالش‌ها به دو گروه تفکیک شدند: چالش‌های فنی، دانش و تخصص و فرهنگی: این چالش‌ها نیروی نفوذ و همچنین نیروی وابستگی زیادی دارند. همچنین با یکدیگر و با چالش‌های سطح دوم در ارتباط هستند؛ اما چالش‌های سطح دوم که شامل چالش‌های مالی و ارتباط بین فردی است که از نظر میزان نفوذ و وابستگی، نزدیکی زیادی با سطح اول دارند، ولی این دو چالش در واقع از دید خبرگان تاثیرپذیری بیشتری نسبت به سطح اول دارند، به این مفهوم که چالش‌های سطح اول غالباً به صورت چالش‌های ثابت مدنظر هستند، در حالی که چالش‌های سطح دوم قابلیت تغییر و تعدیل بیشتری دارند. از مولفه‌های سطح دوم، چالش مالی در تحلیل MICMAC به عنوان مولفه کلیدی شناسایی شد. همان‌طور که در مدل نیز ترسیم شده است، این چالش تاثیر کلی و عمده‌ای بر سایر چالش‌ها دارد و تغییر در آن می‌تواند سایر چالش‌ها را دستخوش تغییرات و حتی در مواردی رفع چالش نماید.نتیجه‌گیری: می‌توان به مدیران و برنامه‌ریزان کتابخانه‌ها پیشنهاد کرد که برای استفاده از اپلیکیشن‌های کتابخانه‌ای تحت موبایل، ابتدا مباحث فرهنگی را پیگیری نمایند؛ چرا که به نظر می‌رسد تغییر در چالش‌های مالی چندان در قدرت کنترل آنها نیست. }, keywords_fa = { Application,mobile,electronic library services,virtual library,library application}, url = {https://stim.qom.ac.ir/article_2382.html}, eprint = {https://stim.qom.ac.ir/article_2382_74710222f3425cc0401a8650db46a7fd.pdf} }
