Aim: Aim of the present research is to evaluate longitudinally the status of the quality of services of the Central Library of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz in comparison with findings of Shams Ejiyeh (1387), using the LibQual survey tool. Method: The reasearch was of a descriptive type that followed a survey method. The research population was the whole community of the SCU Central Library users of which a sample of 350 was selected randomly according to Kerjsi-Morgan table. The data collection tool was a survey tool with 22 items that was taken, and adopted from the LibQual Website.Results: The results of the study revealed that the Central Library under study has acted fairly weak in regards with "Information Control" and "Library as a Place" components. the least expectations of library users were fulfilled in regards with "User perception of the Services". Also, it was found that the weaknesses of the library in the services that were identified by Shams Ejiyeh, were not only have not improved yet, but also have worsen. This has caused some dissatisfaction of the library users. Another survey is to be conducted to reveal the current state of the library.
