Pourpos: The aim of study was to investigate the application of knowledge management 2.0 (EKM2.0) based on gap analysis in the central university libraries in Tehran. Type of research: Acording to reseach purpose, we used correlation methods. The population of the central library administrators at universities in Tehran and 44 samples were selected. 31-item questionnaire to measure variables were collected. Using one-sample t-test hypotheses can be tested. Result: The results showed that the six hypotheses were confirmed. Also, the effect of the application of knowledge management 2.0 enterprise management gap analyses based on the central library of Tehran's public universities from the perspective of managers and a significance level for the six hypotheses is equal to 0.000, which result represents the research hypothesis confirmed. Originality: The results showed that all studied gaps in the framework libraries also seen And in all cases the cracks middle and poor that have already implemented this system in order to solve them is essential. To achieve optimum results should be more focused on issues related to information technology.
Purpose: The purpose of this research was determining the relationship between the information literacy and psychological security of BA students at Ferdowsi Mashhad University in the cyberspace. Methodology: The current research is correlational in terms of procedure; the information is obtained by means of two information literacy and psychological security questionnaires and the data is collected by field technique. In order to confirm the validity of the research tools, we asked some of knowledge and information science professionals and some psychology specials and to analyze the reliability of the test, we used Cronbach’s alpha. In the information literacy section, the Cronbach’s alpha was 0.78 and for the psychological security section, the Cronbach’s alpha was 0.83, suggesting that the tools are reliable. The statistical population involves all of the 11245 BA students who at the moment studied at Ferdowsi Mashhad University. With regard to the statistical population features, random stratified sampling was used for this purpose and 371 individuals were selected for the current research. Findings: The findings showed that the level of information literacy was not satisfactory in BA students but the psychological security is at a high level. Also there is a significant relationship between these two variables. It turned out that there is a difference between the level of information literacy and psychological security in BA students at Ferdowsi Mashhad University in terms of gender and different academic fields. Results: By increasing the level of information literacy, so many challenges can be reduced in the virtual networks.
Purpose: Based on their own epistemology and ontology, many scientists have classified the sciences. This study aimed to explain and compare the classifications of the sciences in Islamic and Western civilizations and explore their similarities and differences. Methodology: This study was analytic and a literature review. Findings: Islamic scientists included domestic criteria in the classification of the sciences. Revelatory instructions, prophetic orders and resurrection beliefs affected this classification. In Western civilization, scientists classified the sciences with a new approach and special worldview and based this classification on separating religion and philosophy from natural and empirical sciences and preferring the latter. Conclusion: Considering differences among the principles of the classifications of the sciences in Islamic and Western civilizations has some implications for organizing sciences for education of humanities and Islamic science as well as classifying library documents relating to Islamic nations’ cultures, literature, history and geography and this can be beneficial in this aspect.
INTRODUCTION This study aimed to survey the impact of strategic intelligence of managers on organizational agility central libraries of public comprehensive universities in Tehran from the perspective of librarians. METHODOLOGY The current research is type of application and descriptive survey method. The study population included 172 librarians of central libraries of public comprehensive universities in Tehran, among these 108 people responded to the questionnaire and formed the study population. A combined researcher made and standard questionnaire was used for data collection. After collecting data, using the structural equation modeling approach, data were analyzed. FINDING The findings showed that the path coefficient for the impact of the foresight (3.207) and vision (2.454) component on organizational agility is significant (t>1.96) and the path coefficient for the impact of the three components of system thinking (0.535), motivation (1.202), and participation (0.203) is not a significant impact on organizational agility (t<1.96). According to the findings, the foresight component 41/6 percent and the vision component 26/3 percent of organizational agility changes directly to explain. In general, the strategic intelligence of Managers 68 percent of organizational agility changes directly to explain. CONCLUSION According to the results and impact of Strategic Intelligence of Manager in increasing organizational agility university libraries, it is suggested that strategic intelligence and its components to be considered when selecting university libraries managers and to be provided effective training field for university libraries managers.
Abstract Purpose: The purpose of the present research is to investigate into the personal information management (PIM) status of post graduate students of Institute for Higher Education ACECR, Khuzestan in their electronic collections based on the three aspects of knowledge, attitude, and seven PIM activities i based on Jones Model. Methodology: This research has been done in a geodesic and descriptive-analytic method. The statistical population was post graduate students of Institute for Higher Education ACECR, Khuzestan in the year 2017 – 2018, and for determining statistical population the census method was used, and for gathering information the adjacent questionnaire (2013) was used. For data analysis, independent t test, one way variance test and SPSS 22 software were used. Findings: The results showed that from the effective factors on personal information management, attitude with the average 4/18, knowledge with the average 3/54 and for variety of seventh personal information activities management has an average of 3/29. And the average of the whole personal information management was equal with 3/67. And is in a desired level. With respect to gender and age there were significant difference in personal information management between post graduate students but with respect to course study there weren’t any significant difference. Conclusion: The average of 3/67 showed that the condition of personal information management of post graduate students in Institute for Higher Education ACECR of Khouzestan is in a desired level, that some workshops of students skills can be held for the better recognition of goals, application, utilities,
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of information technology on knowledge with moderating role of khnowledge management. Methodology: The research was applied in terms of purpose and correlational in terms of methodology. The statistical populations were employees of Iran insurance company in east azeabaijan province. The data gathering tool was a 50 item questionnaire, the reliability of the questionnaires was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha and their validity was confirmed by content validity method. The hypotheses were analyzed by using LISREL software and structural Equations model. Findinds: According to the obtained results, applying Information Technology has a significant effect on the Competitive Advantage with moderating role of khnowledge management. Also, the applying Information Technology has a significant effect on the Knowledge Management; the applying Information Technology has a significant effect on the Competitive Advantage; the Knowledge Management has a significant effect on the Competitive Advantage. Cconclusions: applying the modern tools of Information Technology Provides the ground for a better implementation of knowledge management process and led to competitive advantage for the organization. In other words, providing Information Technology infrastructures provides new knowledge for Employees and improves knowledge management and led to improve job productivity.
abstract The main purpose of this study was to evaluate the competencies of media and information literacy in users National Library and Archives Organization of Sistan and Baluchistan. The research methodology was survey. In the present study population consists of all users National Library and Archives Organization of Sistan and Baluchestan. Samples were also a sample of 170 people that were choosen by Random sampling - a class. In order to collect data were used the questionnaire for AshrafiRizi et al (1392) based on UNESCO's media literacy indicators. In order to analyze the data was used software and spss t- sample. Based on the result, The intended use of the media, how to use the media in the samples is lower than average. The evaluation information, the combined information, the exchange of information and observance of copyright in the sample studied is higher than average. there is a significant The media and information literacy among women and men, amount of media and information literacy, more men than women. there is a significant difference in Media literacy and information between the different levels of education. PhD and master's degree students have more information and media literacy.
