Purpose: Today, attention to environmental issues by various organizations can affect the life and longevity of an organization and its performance. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the establishment of a green knowledge system within organizations so that they can use it to move towards the proper production and implementation of green knowledge.
Methodology: This research is applied in terms of purpose, and in terms of data collection it is descriptive and it has been done in a survey. The research population consists of 230 specialists, experts and employees of electricity distribution in three provinces of Yazd, Isfahan and Fars. This study first identifies the factors affecting the establishment and implementation of green knowledge within organizations. Then, using interpretive structural modeling technique, the factors identified in the previous section are structured. Then, in order to fit the model, the structural equation modeling technique and SmartPLS3 software are used.
Findings: The results of the study indicate the placement of 7 effective factors identified in three general levels. The research findings have also identified the green organizational culture factor as the initial factor in establishing a green knowledge system. Other results of this study refer to the outputs of green knowledge production and green innovation as the output of the model. The structured model fitted in this study was approved by 0.77 in the goodness of fit index of the model. In this study, a total of 12 hypotheses were tested at different levels of the structural model obtained and all hypotheses show a positive and significant correlation between the research dimensions.
Conclusion: The results of this study can provide the basis for organizations to move towards green knowledge. So that by using it, different organizations can design an appropriate access structure to access green knowledge. The results of this study show that green learning focuses on green innovation and green knowledge production. On this basis, it is recommended to the managers of power distribution companies to improve the attitude of green learning by addressing the culture of environmental knowledge and creating sufficient interest among employees and even customers in the field of green knowledge. Other researchers interested in this field can use different techniques such as system dynamics and fuzzy cognitive maps to design scenario paths in order to measure the types and kinds of changes generated on identified factors.

Aim: First, this study aims to identify and review the primary studies in which user psychological needs have been applied to solve problems related to the field of Information Technology; then, it tries to provide a suitable framework for researchers and designers of IT products by classifying these studies and investigating the contexts of user needs application.
Methodology: Having a qualitative approach, the research carried out a Systematic Mapping Study (SMS) based on the 5-step framework presented by Petersen et al. (2008). In total, 1152 research with full access were identified without any time limit, by searching valid domestic and foreign scientific databases. Finally, a group of 45 studies was selected through selection criteria. Then, the selected researches were classified based on the obtained criteria and were analyzed using quantitative content analysis and descriptive statistics.
Findings: In the last two decades, the application of user psychological needs for solving problems related to a wide range of IT products has grown increasingly in the form of using well-known theories or exploiting the components of needs (without referring to a specific theory) or as a general concept. The review of primary studies shows three thematic contexts for applying psychological needs: 1) user experience design 2) analysis of product quality aspects and 3) analysis of user behavior.
Conclusion: The review of the literature background of these three contexts and mapping them with the classification criteria of selected researches (time, type of product, application of needs, and methodology) has clarified the boundaries and characteristics of these three thematic contexts as a mind map for researchers. Finally, by analyzing these criteria, especially the application of needs in the field of IT, suggestions are presented for future studies.

Purpose: The aim of this study is to predict the use of virtual social networks based on identity styles in high school students in Qom.
Methodology: This research is a description of multivariate correlation in terms of applied purpose and in terms of how to collect information. The statistical population of the present study consisted of all-female high school students in the second district of Qom. 347 people were selected as a sample by the random-cluster sampling method through the Cochran sampling formula. Data was collected through the standard questionnaires of virtual social networks identity styles of Hejazi, Namdari, Ghasemi, and Moghadamzadeh (2016) and Berzonsky (1992). The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by face and content validity methods and their reliability was confirmed by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient
(r<sub>1</sub>= 0.83 and r<sub>2</sub>= 0.91).
Findings: The mean scores of identity styles were higher than average level and the use of social networks was at the average level. On the other hand, the findings showed that there was a significant relationship between identity styles (information, confusion-avoidance, commitment) and the use of social networks among female high school students in Qom. However, there was an inverse and significant relationship between normative identity style and the use of social networks and also 24.5% of the changes related to the variance of identity styles are affected by the components of the use of social networks.
Conclusion: New means of communication and information bring about changes in one's perceptions and put identities in a new state that is different from the past and sometimes even contradictory. Social society reveals the unstable, changeable and flexible identity of the new man.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the dimensions of personal knowledge management and to evaluate the status of personal knowledge management skills of librarians in central libraries of public libraries in Tehran.
Methodology: This is purpose-based research and is qualitative-quantitative research based on the method and how to obtain the required data. The statistical population of this research in the qualitative section is individuals who have had a background in personal knowledge management and research, and in the quantitative section, it is the staff and librarians of central libraries of public universities in Tehran. A researcher-made questionnaire consisting of seven components of retrieval, evaluation, organization, collaboration, analysis, information provision, and information security was used to evaluate personal knowledge management. Cronbach's alpha reliability was 0.8.
Findings: Among the elements of librarians’ personal knowledge management in central libraries of state universities in Tehran, the component analysis has been at the relatively desired level, and other studied components were at the desired level. There is a significant relationship between personal knowledge management skills, but there is no significant difference between gender, age, and background with personal knowledge management skills.
Conclusion: Personal knowledge management serves as a viable tool for academic libraries, through which they can improve their services and retain their capacity. Personal knowledge management skills seem to need instruction. Because librarians, as well as other people with no personal knowledge management skills, are unable to improve their position in the library, they need to learn the basics of personal knowledge management. Learning and identification of librarians’ personal knowledge management skills will help them learn more about improving those skills; and library officials and academic community will be persuaded to pay more attention to the tools and techniques of personal knowledge management. Therefore, library managers and universities must be planned to be trained in this case.
