To science policy in this area its Intellectual structure should be the study. Scientometrics is one of the fields which pay to this subject. Aim of this study was investigation intellectual structure of Information management by Co-words Technique. Other objectives include determining productive authors, countries, the most important journals and grow rate. <br /><strong>Methods:</strong> Co-words technique was used as methodology. <br /><strong>Findings:</strong>The results showed 4571 document indexed in ISI databases (Science Citation Index, Social science Index, Art & Humanity Index) during 1986 to 2012. Junger, USA, International Journal Of Information Managment was the productive and the most important.
