Information was analyzed using Spss software.

Findings: The results of focal correlation showed that there is a valid and significant linear relationship between social capital and information literacy provided by them. The dimensions of social capital have a direct relationship with the components of information literacy. Also, the cognitive component of social capital and the identification of information needs in comparison with other focal variables played the most role in creating the first focal correlation coefficient. The results of the focal analysis with 99 percent confirm the probability of correlation between the two sets of variables.

Results: The dimensions of social capital have a direct relationship with the components of information literacy. This study is an applied research and uses grounded theory to reveal viewpoints of postgraduate psychology students at Semnan University. All undergraduate students studying psychology at the time of the study (2016-2017) were the statistical population. Data collection process continued until data saturation. Because of qualitative and exploratory nature of research, data collection and analysis were conducted until saturation, and 27 in-depth interviews finally done. Semi-structured interviews were conducted and MaxQDA softeware was sued for data coding. Five main categories, such as information needs about professional information and publication information, internet and social networks, research mechanism, contextual and academic special resources and information retrieval and search, were found in this study which were reveal as their information needs.
Keywords: Information needs, Semnan University, postgraduate psychology students.

This study aimed at analyzing information flow from Arak University to the society (in particular, to executive organizations) and identifying obstacles available on the way to information flow.
In the present study, after a detailed review of literature and interviews with academics and experts, the obstacles on the way of information flow in the production source (universities), the recipients of information (the society and industries) and the communication channels were examined. Then, using the Influence Scale Questionnaire, each obstacle was inspected. Data analysis was performed using SPSS and after analyzing the opinions of Arak University academics as well as administrators of executive agencies, the following results were obtained: administrators consider the lack of confidence on the part of industries and directors in research findings (mean=3,8889), the unpopularity of using studies among administrators (mean=3,8889) and academics, and the dominance of office rules over scientific criteria (mean=4.2206) as the biggest obstacles in the correct flow of information. Generally, there was no significant difference between academics and administrators' opinions regarding the obstacles on the way of information flow and at the significant level of .05, no difference is remarkable.

Keywords: information flow, communication obstacles, communication channels, Arak University, executive agencies, information

Purpose: the aim of this study is to review familiarity and Usage of Iranian Users of National and International Search Engines (General and Specialty).
Methodology: this is a descriptive survey and is aimed at addressing the descriptive and deductive questions. The statistical population includes A.A. to Ph.D. students from different courses of study. Data was gathered based on researcher constructed list and data analysis was performed through E-questionnaire.

Findings: The findings of this study revealed that more than two thirds of Iranian users had no familiarity with Iranian search engines. Iranian users’ familiarity internationally known search engines was based on a different spectrum that means Iranian users utilize international search engines more than that of domestic ones.
Abstract
Aim: This study aims to assess the information seeking behavior of seminary students using neural network in Khorasan-e- Razavi.
Research Methodology: The study is an applied and descriptive survey conducted with quantitative approach using neural networks.
Data were collected by a questionnaire included with the information seeking behavior of seminary students in Khorasan-e- Razavi province distributed between the samples.
After collecting data, the neural network was selected for clustering the data and using Matlab 14 software, seminary students were clustered individually and as a whole on the basis of the main components of the.
Then, after removing each sub-component of the main components of the research, the most effective and the least effective option on information seeking behavior of seminary students were determined.
Findings: Considering clustering using self-organizing neural networks, the most effective component in motivation was determined as conducting research, cultural and religious activities. The least effective component were determined as academic reputation and compete with peers.
The most important component of information seeking skill was awareness of their information needs, but the least component was not observed.
The most effective way to access information in the seminary schools was print resources and the least effective way was determined as buying needed resources.
Conclusion: According to the aim and findings of this study, it is possible to assess the information behavior of seminary students, using neural networks method and clustering sampling.
Keywords: information behavior, seminary scholars, Khorasan Razavi, artificial neural networks, clustering.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to study of relationship between Organizational Intelligence and Organizational Health in public libraries in Kermanshah .
Methodology: This study is an applied descriptive-correlation between a society consisting of 80 persons. The Measurement instrument of this research was the Alberesht questionnaire of organizational intelligence with 49 items and the Organizational Health questionnaire of Hoy and Fieldman with 43 Items.Alberesht believes that organizational intelligence indexes include strategic, shared, desire for, unity and agreement, morale, knowledge deployment and Performance Pressure, while from the view of Hoy and Fieldman organizational health indexes include resource support, institutional integration, morale, academic emphasis, director influence, consideration, and initiating structure.
Findings:Organizational intelligence and organizational health and β coefficient equal to 0.739 shows that the organizational intelligence organizational health has a significant effect and the results of the impact assessment of organizational intelligence component coefficient β (strategic vision (0.571), shared fate(0.544), desire for change (0.558), unity and agreement (0.725), morale (0.627), knowledge deployment (0.656) and Performance Pressure (0.707)) on organizational health have shown that the positive coefficient indicates significant impact on organizational health, so the intelligence and component libraries there is a significant relationship with organizational health.
Originality/Value: The relationship between the various components in organizations such as libraries, including the components of organizational intelligence and explain their impact on each other and ultimately the effectiveness of combining them to create organizational interests, including efficiency, effectiveness Activities, Organizational- safety. . has always been emphasized.
