Aim: To gain a proper job position for graduates of knowledge and information science related to their studies and more graduates in this field who can experience specialized job opportunities, it is essential to investigate the factors associated with their employment. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors related to the employment of graduates of knowledge and information science.
Methodology: This study is an applied research using a descriptive survey method that is done with a researcher-made questionnaire. Its statistical population consists of all graduates in the field of knowledge and information science of Qom University, 402 people. 302 people completed the questionnaires.
Findings: The findings showed that there is a significant relationship between the level of education of individuals with the rate of employment as well as occupations related to the field. "Lack of work" was the main cause of unemployment and the "inadequate labor market" was the major factor in the employment of unrelated jobs. 61/9% of the respondents said that the effect of total academic factors on graduates' employment growth, was high or very high. Some of these influential factors are the Existence and growth of the University Scientific Community, The University's relationship with other organizations and institutions with activities that are related to the field, Introducing collegians to organizations and centers with related activities by the University for Internship, honorary work and gaining experience, etc.
Personal interest (35.5%) and appropriate working environment (24.2%) are the most important reasons for continuing to work in the occupations related to the field. Also, most of the respondents considered that practical courses and specialized lessons meet the needs of related jobs. The length of time of employment is also associated with a desire to change jobs.
Conclusion: According to the findings, increasing the level of specialized education in this field can increase the chances of employment. In the respondents' opinions planning to implement academic factors affects their employment status, and job stability depends on resolving job problems (such as low salaries and benefits), personal interest in the job, and appropriate work environment.
</Abstract>

Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of social networks in improving the information status and attracting audiences of public libraries in Tehran from the perspective of librarians
Methodology: It is a descriptive and analytical survey. The statistical population is the librarians of public libraries in Tehran. Research data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of the instrument was assessed with the help of 10 educated and professional students and 5 experts in the field. The reliability of the instrument was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Finally, the collected data were entered and coded in SPSS software. The K2 test and Friedman test were used to analyse the data.
Results: While the survey data was collected at the time Telegram filtering began, however, a significant number of librarian responses indicate that this network is used more than any other social network. It actually shows the extent of social media penetration in everyday life, and although it is costly to bypass filtering, it has not stopped being used. According to the survey and the results, the Telegram Social Network is the most used among the target audience of the libraries studied, followed by the second level of the Instagram Social Network and the audiences are interested to follow the possible pages of the library on Instagram. The survey shows that Soroush social network has the least use among library audiences.
It seems that due to the filtering of the telegram and the emergence of Soroush social network with a similar context, the telegram still can attract audiences. The plausible point in these responses is that none of the librarians stated that the library does not require the use of social networks.
Conclusion: According to these librarians, the use of social networks is effective in improving information and attracting audiences to public libraries, and it is better to use these networks to increase efficiency and provide better and more appropriate services. In this regard, librarians are interested in receiving training in this regard. Therefore, upgrading the necessary infrastructure for the use of social networks should be considered by decision- makers and policymakers of public libraries and with efficient policies and targeted planning, can gradually institutionalize the position of public libraries in the heart of society. It is also suggested that to create a competitive environment among public libraries, the use of cyberspace and attracting audiences to use library resources, and increasing the reading rate in the community should be considered in evaluating the performance of public libraries.

Aim: The increasing complexity of activities and the changing environment of today’s world have made managers face such difficulties that the slightest slip and their lack of attention to issues will have irreparable consequences. By using strategic planning, organizations can perform better and react to their environment properly and promptly. Developing strategies to determine the organization's major directions will provide guidelines to allocate resources toward long-term goals. Strategic planning analyzes the underlying environmental risk factors and provides solutions that are more likely to be appropriate to achieve the goal. Despite the importance of a strategic plan, its necessity is still not well understood in many organizations, and in some cases, it is even considered a luxurious and costly thing. The purpose of this study is to provide a strategic plan for Shahid Beheshti University Libraries.
Methods: Analytical survey was used as a research method and is based on David’s strategic planning model and strategic planning factors (SWOT) technique. The statistical population consisted of all managers (8 people) and experts (45 people) of the Libraries of Shahid Beheshti University who were studied as a research community as ad census. A questionnaire and interview were used to collect data.
Findings: The finding showed that the evaluation score of internal and external factors in libraries respectively was 3.11 and 3.3, which is more than the total average score (2.5); So in internal factors, strengths are more than weaknesses and in external factors, opportunities are more than threats. The most important strength was the "re-engineering of the various parts of the library", which led to the flexibility and modernity of the collection, as well as the attractiveness of the library space and the use of minimal space to achieve great goals; and the most important weakness was the "old and worn out parts of the library". "Attracting excellent students to the university" is the most important opportunity and "constantly changing policies and decisions related to libraries and its impact on changing the duties of librarians" is the most important threat to the libraries of Shahid Beheshti University.
Results: The results showed that the main purpose of Shahid Beheshti University libraries providing information resources based on faculty members, students, and staff's needs of Shahid Beheshti University. Promoting research, education, and cultural activities and increasing specialized knowledge were in second and third rank; therefore, the libraries should consider 18 main strategies based on the proposed strategic plan.

Aim:Social capital is an important factor affecting the creativity, productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness of the organization. Concerning the growth of communities and organizations, increasing the quality of services, increasing employee motivation, success in competition, reducing costs, job satisfaction, resources waste, and the reduction of a bureaucracy affect and encourage pragmatism that is needed further investigation. Therefore, it can be said that social capital can play a key role in the emergence of organizational creativity and organizational efficiency in librarians. Given the importance of libraries in society and the prominent role of librarians, especially librarians in public libraries in promoting the public culture of a society, investigating the relationship between social capital and organizational efficiency and organizational creativity, especially among librarians in public libraries seems necessary.
Methodology: The present study applied and survey-correlation method is used.
The statistical population of this study consisted of 260 librarians of public libraries in Kermanshah province, of which 155 were selected as a sample. Data were collected using Chang and Chung Social Capital Questionnaire (2011), Torrance Organizational Creativity (1959), and Pinprayong & Siengtai, Organizational Performance Questionnaire (2012). The reliability was obtained using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.76, 0.81, and 0.72, respectively. To analyze the data, frequency distribution table, mean and standard deviation, structural equation modeling, and Bootstrap method were used in Amos software and multiple linear regression in SPSS software.
Findings: The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between social capital and organizational creativity and organizational efficiency. Also, organizational creativity does not play a mediating role in the relationship between social capital and organizational efficiency.
Finally, the findings indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between all three dimensions of social capital (relational, structural, and cognitive) with organizational creativity and organizational efficiency.
Conclusion: According to the research findings, it can be concluded that social capital affects the organizational creativity of librarians in public libraries in Kermanshah province. Therefore, it is suggested to the managers of public libraries of Kermanshah province
to consider the sense of friendship and intimacy, cooperation and cohesion among librarians
and to strengthen the factors affecting it in the organization to increase the organizational creativity of librarians. Also, it was found that social capital affects the organizational efficiency of public librarians in Kermanshah province. Therefore, it is suggested to the managers of public libraries of Kermanshah province, instead of exorbitant costs to increase the efficiency and productivity of the organization, to improve the internal organizational conditions. Consequently, increasing the organizational efficiency of librarians and the efficiency of the public library will occur.

Aim: The purpose of this study was an exploratory analysis of the factors affecting the implementation of management information systems (MIS) and their effect on the value chain of knowledge management in the library, museum, and document center of the Islamic Consultative Assembly.
Methodology: This research is a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. The type of research is qualitative in the first stage in terms of exploratory purpose and quantitative in the second stage with explanatory purpose. The statistical population of the qualitative part of the research is composed of professors of information science and knowledge departments and managers with experience in the library, museum, and document center of the Islamic Consultative Assembly.
16 experts were selected by snowball sampling method. The statistical population in a small stage includes all librarians, administrators, and officials of the library, museum, and documentation center of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, 215 people. Due to the limited population, a census was conducted. Data obtained from researcher-made questionnaires of management information system implementation and standard of knowledge management value of Newman and Conrad (1999) were analyzed using SPSS24 and PLS3.8 software.
Finding: According to the results, three humans, organizational and technical factors have been identified as effective factors in the implementation of management information systems. Also, the research findings at the error level of 0.05 show that the implementation of management information systems has a significant effect on the knowledge management value chain.
Conclusion: According to the results, it is suggested that human, organizational, and technical factors be considered in the library, museum, and document center of the Islamic Consultative Assembly regarding the implementation of the information system. Managers should know how the management information system implements the knowledge management value chain to improve organizational affairs. The results of this study in line with similar studies around the world confirm that to improve the value chain of knowledge management, effective implementation of management information systems is essential.

Aim: Burnout is a negative state of physical, emotional, and mental fatigue that is associated with a deep sense of failure at work. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the role of cognitive regulation of emotion and dysphoria in burnout of librarians of public libraries in Semnan province in 1399.
Methodology: The method of the present study was descriptive and analytical survey. The statistical population in this study consisted of librarians of public libraries in Semnan province, whose number was 110 people. Questionnaires were provided to all librarians and 100 questionnaires were completed and collected. Data were collected using three standard questionnaires of burnout, cognitive emotion regulation, and dysphoria. Research data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and multivariate regression.
Finding: The findings showed that there is a significant relationship between burnout and cognitive regulation of emotion and its subscale and the highest correlation in subscales is related to evaluation. There is also a significant relationship between burnout and dysplasia and its subscale, and the highest correlation in subscales is related to the difficulty in identifying emotions. Studies have also shown that the variables of cognitive regulation of emotion and dysphoria both explain and predict burnout.
Conclusion: The results of the present study revealed the relationship between cognitive regulation of emotion and dysphoria in burnout of librarians in public libraries in Semnan province. It is suggested that these factors be used in educational programs as effective factors related to burnout in librarians.

Aim: The aim of the research was to investigate the ergonomic activities of the information center’s users in the library and documentation center of the University of Tabriz.
Methodology: Regarding the diversity of the population of the research, 385 students selected as a sample by probabilistic methods. Finally, 300 students fulfilled the questionnaire. The researcher-developed questionnaire used as a data-gathering tool and the data was analyzed by the SPSS statistical package.
Findings: Findings: The findings of the research showed that users use computers daily between 1-2 hours at most. 7.7 percent of the students had muscular and skeletal problems. The average score of environmental factors, user’s concordance and utilization of ergonomic principles, and considering personal ergonomic principles are 2.77, 3.06, and 2.85, respectively. General findings showed that the "ergonomy of environmental factors" and "considering personal ergonomic principles" are significantly lower than the average and the "user’s concordance and utilization of ergonomic principles" variable is at an average level. Findings also showed ergonomy of environmental factors of men significantly more than women.
Also "ergonomy of environmental factors", "considering personal ergonomic principles", and "user’s concordance and utilization of ergonomic principles" are not statistically significant between students with the muscular and skeletal problem and other students, as well as between variant education levels and different daily use of computers.
Conclusion: The amount of ergonomy of environmental factors, and considering personal ergonomic principles are significantly lower than average, and "user’s concordance and utilization of ergonomic principles" is at an average level.

Aim: This study aims to evaluate the Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice (KAP) of Iranian Medical and Non-Medical librarians towards COVID. This survey can collect information about what is recognized, believed, and done by a particular population.
Methodology: The present study is a survey method that was conducted using the online questionnaire from October 1, 2020, to November 1, 2020. The statistical population of the study was the communities of non-medical Librarians of Iran with 523 people and medical Librarians with 250 people. Due to social distance measures (physical distance) and restrictions, data were collected by sending an online questionnaire on social networks.
The questionnaire used in this research was the standard questionnaire of knowledge,
attitudes and practice included demographic questions, knowledge, practice, and
practice. Cronbach's alpha test was used to determine the reliability of the measuring instrument and structural validity was used to evaluate the validity of the measuring instrument. The validity (KMO>0/7) and reliability (Cronbach's alpha>0/7) of the questionnaire were confirmed.
Results: the mean COVID-19 knowledge scores of non-medical Librarians and medical librarians are 13.28 and 15.4 respectively. This result shows medical librarians have good knowledge towards COVID-19. The mean COVID-19 attitude scores of non-medical Librarians and medical librarians are 10.52 and 11.72, which indicates that 97.6% of medical librarians have a proper attitude of COVID-19. The mean COVID-19 Practice scores of non-Medical Librarians and medical librarians are 19.33 and 21.66. It shows that 68.5% of medical librarians have a positive practice in preventing COVID-19 and taking preventive measures.
Conclusions: there is a significant relationship between the educational group of respondents and their KAP towards COVID-19. Non-Medical Librarians should raise their level of knowledge and awareness as information consultants in the community.
The high score of knowledge in medical librarians compared to non-medical librarians means that they are completely aware of Covid 19 disease and are fully aware of its clinical symptoms such as dry cough, fever, fatigue, and muscle aches. This group of librarians knows who the high-risk individuals are for the Covid 19, how the virus can be transmitted more, and there is no effective cure for the disease right now. They have more information about pseudo-scientific information and do not resort to it to manage the disease. The views and attitudes of both groups on the subject of Covid 19 are not the same, and medical librarians have a more realistic and positive attitude than non-medical librarians. The group of medical librarians has a better Practice compared to the group of non-medical librarians in terms of preventive action and observing the issues raised.
</Abstract>
