Objectives: This research aimed to investigate Wikipedia citations to the Iranian English-language journals approved by the Iranian Ministry of Science, Research and Technology (MSRT).
Methods: This descriptive survey was conducted based on citation analysis and scientometric techniques. The study population includes 239 English-language journals approved by the Iranian MSRT. Each journal's full title and abbreviated title were used to search on Wikipedia, and collected data were analyzed using Excel software.
Results: The findings indicated that Wikipedia cited 78 journals approved by the Iranian Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology. These 78 journals had 464 citations from Wikipedia. It is worth noting that the "Iranian Journal of Botany" received the most citations from Wikipedia. Journals in the fields of basic sciences received the most citations among other journals approved by the MSRT. Moreover, 165 Wikipedia's citing articles were in English, and among Wikipedia articles, articles in the plant category cited to the MSRT journals the most. Furthermore, 412 Wikipedia articles were in English, and among Wikipedia articles, articles in the plant category cited the MSRT journals most than others. Among the articles published in the journals approved by the MSRT, the articles with the thematic classification of plants, animals, and lakes of Iran attracted more citations from Wikipedia articles, respectively. Wikipedia articles in English, French, and German, respectively cited them more. Among the journals cited by the Wikipedia articles, 27 journals in the field of basic sciences, 19 journals in the field of technical and engineering, 17 journals in the field of agriculture and natural resources, 9 journals in the field of humanities, 4 journals in the field of veterinary, and only 2 journals in the field of art and architecture have been cited.
In total, out of 239 journals approved by the MSRT, only 78 journals have been cited by the Wikipedia articles. In other words, about 33% of the investigated journals have been cited, which can be attributed to the lack of attention of Wikipedia articles to scientific and research journals.
Conclusions: By improving their policies and strategies, Iranian journals can be better recognized internationally in terms of citation impact, social impact, and popularization of science. For this reason, science policymakers should pay more attention to the relationship between scientific journals and the public, especially Wikipedia, to generalize and popularize science and research. This study also shows the lack of attention of bibliometricians and scientometricians in evaluating the promotion of science and scientific research via encyclopedias.

Objectives: The prevalence of Covid-19 has become a clinical threat to public and healthcare professionals worldwide since December 2019. To curb this pandemic, it is necessary to provide the public with accurate information and scientific findings as soon as possible. Considering the importance of social networks and their effective role in social communication and information transfer, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of information and education through social networks in increasing the level of awareness during the outbreak of coronavirus in society and to identify the information needs of people in this regard.
Methods: The present study is an applied survey. The research population is the people of Tehran. 384 citizens who use social networks were randomly selected by cluster sampling method from regions 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, and 21. Cochran's formula was used to determine the sample size and research data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was formally assessed by experts in the field of knowledge and information science and the reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Finally, the collected data were entered into SPSS software and coded. K2, T, and Friedman tests were used to analyze the data.
Results: The results of the study show that many people in the study consider the use of social media in information and education very effective in increasing public awareness of the COVID-19 pandemic in the world. More than half of these people consider the presence of these networks to be very influential in their lives and believe that these networks can be a suitable and useful platform for information, education, and awareness, and many of them think that useful training and information are published in these networks. According to the findings, in using social networks, Instagram, Telegram, and WhatsApp are in the first to third ranks, respectively, and Soroush social network is in the last place.
Conclusions: People are interested in using social media to get information, education, and awareness of the coronavirus, and they believe that they receive useful information and training from these networks, but they are moderately confident in this information. Some of the information that is shared comes from other sources such as news sites, radio, television, etc., and people also share this information on social networks.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to identify and rank the factors affecting knowledge management in Golestan University university libraries in 2018. The statistical population of this research includes all librarians working in Golestan university libraries in 2018.
Methods: The present study is a descriptive survey and correlation. A descriptive description of which findings are described in the same way as collected and the relationships between variables are examined and evaluated. Since the information was provided by a sample of the main community by the questionnaire obtained from the survey of this survey. In the present study, the viewpoint of experts was used to confirm the validity of the questionnaire. The statistical population of this research includes all librarians working in Golestan University libraries in 2018, with 50 people. Because the population of this study was limited in the present study, the census method was used to prepare and determine the size of the statistical sample; That is, all the people of the statistical population have been investigated by questionnaires.
Results: According to the results, the understanding of managers of university libraries ranked first (90%). Since organizational culture is one of the factors affecting knowledge management, the use of new culture with knowledge management changes should be accompanied by organizational continuity in library affairs.
IT infrastructure has ranked second (71%). Creating and enhancing information technology infrastructure create a complex and dynamic information structure in libraries and lead to an easy sharing of information; This technology helps members of libraries to receive scientific data from external specialists, in addition, information technology will meet the needs of the team cooperation. The familiarity of librarians with the concept of knowledge management was ranked third (64%); The acquaintance of librarians with the concept of knowledge management provides a strategy for optimal exploitation of knowledge and intellectual forces of librarians; This facilitates the implementation of knowledge management. Librarians as human resources have a significant role in realizing the goals of the organization and are considered valuable assets and important resources and strategic capital in the organization. Furthermore, organizational culture ranked fourth (61%).
Conclusions: Understanding academic libraries managers with the concept of knowledge management will identify and analyze existing knowledge and processes related to planning and subsequent control of operations for the development of capital and processes to provide libraries goals.
</Abstract>

Objectives: The present study aims to survey the reaction of Web search engines to the markup metadata records of a person entity (fourteen infallibles) based on Schema.org at two levels of indexability and semantic visibility.
Methods: The research method is experimental. The research populations consisted of 42 metadata records in the form of two experimental groups (14 records in Microdata format and 14 records in JSON-LD format) and a control group (14 records in HTML format). Another research population is Web search engines (Google and Bing) which was selected by the targeted sampling method. These records were published on an independent website and introduced directly to search engines. The data collection method was structured observation and the data collection tool was researcher-made checklists.
Results: The results showed that Google and Bing search engines indexed the metadata records of person entities in two experimental groups (Microdata and JSON-LD) and also were done semantic visible. The metadata records of the control groups were also indexed in search engines but were not semantic visibility.
Conclusions: Using Scema.org and its syntactic context for markup to create rich snippets will improve their indexability and semantic visibility in Web search engines. Creating structured data in the Web environment will lead to the realization of the Semantic web, and the retrieval of knowledge.
</Abstract>

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to identify the perception of Telegram and Instagram use by graduate students of Allameh Tabataba'i University using the uses and gratification expectancy model.
Methods: The research consisted of an analysis of data collected via surveys. The overall statistical population was the 2,200 postgraduate students of the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of Allameh Tabataba'i University. The sample size was 327 based on a Morgan table; data were collected using two researcher-designed questionnaires. In the first stage, to select the most applied mobile social media by students, they were asked to determine which of the social media based on mobile phones they use the most. The collection revealed that Telegram and Instagram were the most used among students. A second questionnaire was developed to collect data about these two mobile social media usage. The data were analyzed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, a factor analysis test to confirm the validity of the questions and identify key factors of each component, and the structural equation modeling technique was used.
Results: 41.90% of respondents were male and 53.52% of them were female. The age of most respondents (52.60%) is between 20 and 25 years old and the lowest (3.67%) is over 35 years old. The use of Telegram (46.15%) was greater than Instagram usage (30.77%). The highest average use of Telegram and Instagram was 1 to 3 hours a day. Analysis of variables showed that while the satisfaction with information sharing using Instagram was stronger than Telegram, with a path coefficient of 0.209, the satisfaction with the effect of perceived pleasure using Telegram was higher than Instagram, with a path coefficient of 0.266. There were no significant differences in the other variables: social interaction, spending time, self-reporting, and media attractiveness. They have also stated that using the telegram makes them feel more relaxed, gives them a sense of worth, and reinforces individual values in them.
Conclusions: The results showed that graduate students used both media for different purposes such as social interaction, spending time, and self-reporting, and despite the filtering of Telegram, no significant difference was observed between the use of Telegram and Instagram, and almost both media was equally sought after by users. The respondents addressed that they can meet their information needs without the help of others on these social media, so they have been able to expose their interests and desires to others. They think that social media provides information to other people without censorship, therefore, they may cause a kind of transparency in society.

Objectives: Today, organizations spend a lot of money creating and updating their corporate sites and expect this to lead to customer satisfaction and loyalty and save them time and money. However, improving the content quality and structure of websites is a key factor to achieve these organizational goals.
Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the dimensions, structures, and components affecting the quality of the National Library and Archives of Iran Website and also to provide a suitable model to investigate the effect of this quality on user satisfaction and loyalty using of structural equation modeling. Prioritizing the components affecting the quality of electronic services of the National Archives of Iran website from the users' point of view is another aim that this research seeks to achieve. Finally, based on the research results, solutions to improve the quality of services of this website, increase user satisfaction, and ultimately their loyalty to the organization are presented. The present study aimed to identify the quality criteria and components and thus improve the effectiveness of the National Library and Archives of Iran Website.
Methods: Data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire. The content quality of the website included 5 components and 43 sub-components and the structural quality of the website included 3 components and 26 sub-components. Finally, satisfaction and Users' loyalty to the E-services of the National Library and Archives of Iran Website have been measured with 5 and 4 sub-components, respectively. Finally, these criteria were ranked using the TOPSIS multi-criteria decision-making method.
Results: Results show that the content and structural quality of the National Library and Archives of Iran Website are acceptable; so, its users are satisfied and loyal. Also, the results of structural equation modeling show a positive and significant effect of the content and structural quality of the website on the satisfaction and loyalty of its users.
Conclusions: The websites of libraries and information centers are the first and most important media outlets that can have a significant impact on the satisfaction and loyalty of their users. Accordingly, the efficient and effective improvement of the content and structural quality of the E-services of this website, not only preserve organizational resources but also guarantee the satisfaction and loyalty of the organization's customers. The results presented in this study, while confirming this relationship, provide a complete and comprehensive model for measuring the quality of content and structure of E-services website-based and help executives and managers to identify improvable points of these services.

Objectives: Persian writing has some difficulties that neglecting can affect information retrieval. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of Persian writing problems on the retrieval of documents on the (GANJ) database based on morphological, semantical, and orthographical aspects.
Methods: This research is a practical-purpose study that was conducted in a qualitative manner using content analysis techniques. The used method was a researcher-made checklist. The research population was all the records recorded in the GANJ until the time of the survey. Sampling was done by standard sampling. In the category of conjugational problems, the impact of these problems on the retrieval of documents in the database was examined.
Results: In the semantic problem category, the effects of semantic ambiguity or semantic differences on the information retrieval of documents were examined. This case was done in the category of orthography problems to determine difficulties arising from morphological and written features of Persian writing.
Conclusions: According to the data obtained from searching for keywords related to each difficulty in the Ganj, it was observed that inconsistencies in the text affect the retrieval result.
The results of the present study showed that morphological, semantic, and orthographical problems affect the information retrieval results in the database. It was also found that in the morphological group only for the "adjective morphological morphemes", and in the orthography group, for the problems of "accent mark", "ی and ء transposition in Persian words", "writing of middle and end ء (tittle) with الف seat", "writing of middle and end ء (tittle) with واو seat", "remove or writing tilde Mark" and "writing of consonantal ی after inarticulate ه" have been deliberated and difficulties in the semantic group were completely neglected. Since Ganj is the basis of other Irandoc databases, regardless of morphological, semantic, and calligraphic problems can affect the work of other systems as well.
</Abstract>

Objectives: Today, having digital literacy skills is one of the most important capabilities for employees to improve their work performance. Therefore, it is necessary to examine the digital literacy skills of employees in organizations and to evaluate factors that affected these skills. The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the digital literacy of Allameh Tabatabai University staff in Tehran.
Methods: The present paper is an applied study which used the descriptive-survey method and is conducted using a questionnaire technique. The total statistical population of the study was 440 employees of Allameh Tabatabai University (Tehran) with BA and higher degrees. The sample of the study was calculated and decreased to 206 using Cochran’s formula. Questionnaires were distributed among the respondents using a simple random method, Spritzer (1995) standard psychological empowerment questionnaire was used to measure employee empowerment and a researcher-made questionnaire was used to measure digital literacy. Data analysis was performed using version 23 of SPSS software.
Results: The results of data analysis showed that the total average of the employee capability is equal to (86.3) which is at a high level, however, the average level of their digital literacy skills is equal to (53.3) which is at an average level. Respondents also had the highest level of empowerment in the components of significant feeling with an average of (80.4), and competency with an average of (49.4), but they were assumed in mid-level in the components of "the right to choose" with an average of (31.3), and "effectiveness" (Average=3.36). Fndings also showed that there was a significant relationship between digital literacy skills and employee empowerment (r=.278). Examining the correlation between “empowerment” components also showed that, except for the “sense of meaning component”, there is a significant relationship between other components of employee empowerment and digital literacy skills. “Competency” had the lowest correlation with “employees' digital literacy skills” (r=.187). The correlation of the “effector component” was also equal to 0.287.
Conclusions: The research findings indicate that the digital literacy skills of employees are not at an appropriate level. Also, considering the importance of the relationship between employees 'digital literacy skills and their psychological empowerment, it is necessary to improve employees' digital literacy skills.
In this regard, defining digital literacy programs in the in-service training of employees and holding training courses focused on document management and digital content are among the proposed solutions of the present study.

Objectives: Blockchain was originally a mechanism for providing bitcoin cryptocurrencies, but it soon deviated from its original purpose and now spans a variety of industries. This work provides a systematic literature review of multiple domains of blockchain. In this regard, the purpose of the article is to identify the areas of application, advantages, challenges, and related technologies of blockchain.
Methods: This research is a systematic review. All articles were collected from PubMed, Google Scholar, ACM, ScienceDirect, IEE, emerald, Elsevier, Applied sciences, and ResearchGate databases between 2014 and 2020. Based on the search conducted in the mentioned databases, 295 sources were collected as databases for review. Then, in four stages and by removing unrelated sources, 90 valid sources were analyzed and the axes related to blockchain were extracted.
Results: Based on the finding, the areas of blockchain applications were classified into 26 axes, with the highest frequency in the areas of Smart contract (22 sources), supply chain management (21 sources), health (21 sources), governance requirements (18 sources), finance (18 sources), energy (14 sources), education (13 sources), smart city (11 sources), cryptocurrencies (8 sources), public transportation (8 sources), agriculture and food (7 sources), Insurance(7 sources) and banking(7 sources). Blockchain-related technologies are based on the frequency of resources reviewed including the internet of things (22 sources), cloud computing (10 sources), artificial intelligence (8 sources), big data (7 sources), and edge computing (4 sources). The benefits of blockchain were identified in 24 areas that the most frequently of which were Tracking and transparency (27 sources), Information security (24 sources), Privacy and confidentiality (14 sources), building trust (11 sources), immutability (11 sources), decentralization (10 sources), cost savings (7 sources), Manage and store data (7 sources) and Digital asset maintenance (7 sources).
Also, the challenges of using blockchain were identified in 18 cases scalability (14 sources), lack of regulations (10 sources), energy consumption (9 sources), complexity (5 sources), and unrecoverable (4 sources) in this area are the most common. At the end of the article, while referring to blockchain research in countries, the research gap and its future directions are presented.
Conclusions: Blockchain is considered one of the main technologies of the fourth industrial revolution. Our Findings show that blockchain is a multidimensional, complex, and widely used technology. Due to the radical nature of blockchain, conceptual and theoretical discussions continue in this direction. Our initial classification of the four blockchain dimensions can help determine the architecture of this technology in organizations and communities. Our study can serve as a basis or inspiration for future work.
</Abstract>

Objectives: This research aims to develop an IT roadmap for implementing a dedicated organizational virtual bank (or implementing any new IT projects or improving existing IT systems). In this regard, a new methodology for creating an IT roadmap was developed.
Methods: The method of this research was a mixed exploratory approach based on the development of Creswell's tools. The statistical sample was selected as a panel of experts consisting of thirty experts in the field related to the subject of research in Mobarakeh Steel Company. The qualitative phase of the research began with an interview and a semi-structured questionnaire. After analyzing the content of the interviews, a tool (questionnaire) was developed for the quantitative phase. Afterward, the quantitative phase began with the implementation of the Delphi method, which lasted three rounds. Finally, fifty IT indicators were finalized. Then, the importance-performance analysis (IPA) matrix method was used to evaluate these indicators and detect IT gaps.
Results: During the qualitative phase, 98 information technology indicators were identified. Also, in the quantitative phase, 50 of these 98 initial indicators were approved and then finalized. Also, based on importance-performance analysis, nine gaps were identified. These gaps were used in the information technology roadmap and they should be covered or remediated by suitable solution, strategy, plan, etc.
Finally, based on all findings of this research, an information technology roadmap document was developed to establish a dedicated enterprise virtual bank.
Conclusions: This study presents a new, integrated, localized, applied, and integrated process (based on some of the main methods of foresight) to develop an IT roadmap that can easily meet the needs of researchers and organizations in the field of road mapping or information technology roadmap. Therefore, the information technology roadmap document obtained from this research is an easy-to-understand, self-described and practical roadmap document that can play an effective role in the implementation or development of information technology projects in organizations.

Objectives: This study aimed to draw a scientific map and analyze the clusters of research published in the field of marketing application to libraries and information centers using documents indexed in the Web of Science.
Methods: The study is applied research in terms of the purpose and scientometrics descriptive in terms of type. A total of 431 documents in the field of marketing application to libraries and information centers were extracted and reviewed. In addition to Excel software, scientometric software such as VosViewer and UCINet were used to analyze the data.
Results: The results showed that some keywords had the highest frequency in terms of co-wording in the following order: marketing (24), marketing to library (18), librarianship (14), and social media (13), respectively. Also, the analysis of keyword clusters showed that the area of marketing to libraries and information centers consists of 7 clusters, and the most important cluster is related to the second cluster which includes the number two cluster with the keywords Bangladesh, information resources, information services, marketing, marketing mix, marketing strategy, public libraries, strategic marketing, University, websites, the World Wide Web which among them, the keywords marketing and information services are the most important keywords in this cluster. The findings also showed that the third cluster consists of 10 keywords and is mainly related to marketing to libraries and shows that the emergence of marketing in libraries and its use in marketing is one of the most important topics for researchers in this field. In the fourth cluster, 8 keywords mainly deal with marketing through social networks.
Conclusions: It is inferred that drawing and analyzing a marketing map to libraries reveals approaches and issues that have so far been neglected. Therefore, it is expected for researchers to pay more attention to the gaps in the field of marketing to libraries which have not been paid as much attention as they should, especially in topics such as marketing in academic libraries, marketing in public libraries, digital marketing, and marketing through social networks such as Facebook and Twitter. Researchers are expected to be aware of the thematic gaps in the field and to conduct research on the issues raised.

Objectives: To succeed in any organization, it is obvious to pay attention to job performance. Various factors are effective in teachers' job performance. This study was conducted to investigate the causal relationship between knowledge management and digital literacy in job performance with the mediating role of organizational learning among secondary school teachers in Urmia.
Methods: The present study was applied in terms of purpose and nature, and descriptive-correlational in terms of data collection. The statistical population of the present study consisted of all teachers of secondary schools in Urmia with several 1123 people. The statistical sample was selected through the Krejcie and Morgan table and 285 people were selected through a simple random sampling method. Data were collected using Sherven Lawson's (2003) Knowledge Management Questionnaire, Tawhidiasl Digital Literacy Questionnaire (2012), Pham and Svirszek's Organizational Learning (2006), and Patterson's (1970) Job Performance Questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaires was evaluated by logical validity methods (formal and content) and was approved after the necessary corrections. The reliability of the questionnaires was calculated by Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the knowledge management questionnaire (0.87), digital literacy (0.93), organizational learning (0.93), and job performance (0.86). The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation, and Pearson correlation coefficient) and inferential statistics (path analysis of structural equation model) using SPSS 24 and Lisrel 8.8 software.
Results: The results showed that there is a direct, positive, and significant relationship between the variables of knowledge management and job performance (ß=0.65), digital literacy and job performance (ß=0.42), knowledge management and organizational learning (ß=0.53), and digital literacy and organizational learning (ß=0.56). The results of the structural equation model show that the model proposed by researchers has a good fit and there is a positive and significant relationship between knowledge management and digital literacy with job performance with the mediating role of organizational learning among high school teachers in Urmia.
Conclusions: According to the results of the present study, knowledge management, digital literacy, and organizational learning have a significant effect on teachers' job performance. Any increase in knowledge management, digital literacy, and organizational learning will increase the job performance of teachers. Therefore, to achieve high job performance, it seems necessary to pay attention to knowledge management, digital literacy, and organizational learning. Teachers can ensure high job performance by paying more attention to knowledge management, digital literacy, and organizational learning.

Objectives: The purpose of this research was to improve the five steps of Schallmo's methodology for digital transformation of business models, using Schumacher’s digital maturity assessment model, three approaches to business model transformation based on Heikkilä's recommendations and to improve digital innovation approach. The business model changes are based on Stampfl’s recommendations.
Methods: This research has a combined methodology which consists of a validity review study method and action research method in a manufacturing SME. This improved methodology has been used in strategic planning for the digital transformation of the business model of one of Iran's manufacturing companies.
Results: After reviewing the various documents of the Schallmo’s five-step framework, it was improved by Schumacher's maturity model for industry 4.0, approaches of business model transformation recommended by Heikkilä et al. and various types of business model innovation as described by Stampfl. Then the improved framework was used to map the target state of company's digital transformation.
Conclusions: Since the proposed model of this research, in addition to improving the Schallmo model, has been implemented in a real company, so it seems that it can be used by Digital transformation planning and digital operating models as well as change managers and consultants.
</Abstract>

Objectives: Information management and information exchange today, as one of the important concerns of developed countries, is at the forefront of planning in these societies. This study was conducted with the aim of the role of information exchange management in the process of preventing cybercrime among FATA employees in Tehran.
Methods: The method of this study is a quantitative and cross-sectional survey that was conducted in 2021 and the statistical population of this study includes FATA police officers in Tehran, using Cochran's formula, 90 of them as a sample. were chosen. To ensure the indexing of variables in the questionnaire, the validity of the questionnaire, face validity, content validity and construct validity were examined and data analysis was performed using SPSS software.
Results: The research findings showed that the correlation coefficient between the independent variables and the dependent variable is 0.539, which shows that there is a relatively strong correlation between the set of independent and dependent variables of the research. However, the value of the adjusted coefficient of determination is equal to 0.421, indicating the statistical fact that 42% of the total rate of cybercrime prevention depends on 6 independent variables; Operational capability, speed utility, accuracy utility, automation, information, transformation. In other words, independent variables estimate (predict) 42% of the variance of the dependent variable of cybercrime prevention.
Conclusion: The development of information in today's world has affected many life processes and changed many life processes. In the field of criminology, information management components can also play a constructive role in the prevention of cybercrime.

Objectives: Due to the increasing share of consumption and watching videos - especially movies and series - in the basket of Iranian households, several systems have been set up to facilitate people's access to these videos. One of the most important types of these systems is the video-on-demand system which has taken unprecedented growth in attracting audiences in recent years. Just as the multiplicity of content in these systems causes users to be diverse and satisfied, this multiplicity can be more confusing for them to find interesting content. Therefore, the need for recommendation systems to further predict user interests and provide consistent content is felt more and more day by day. The purpose of this study is to provide an efficient method of recommending videos based on user viewing data in the video-on-demand system.
Methods: In this research, a new bidding algorithm based on users' tastes and video watching data in the video-on-demand system is presented. This algorithm is based on the concepts and indicators of social network analysis. How this algorithm works is that first the similarity of the videos is calculated based on the percentage of movies viewed by the user and based on that the similarity matrix of the movies is formed. In the next step, based on the similarity matrix of the films, the communication graph of the films is formed, and in the next step, while discovering the communities in the graph, the centrality indicators of each film are calculated.
Then, based on the viewing data of each user and the history of his favorite and non-favorite movies, the members of the community with the most favorite movies are selected as candidates for the user and after calculating their distance from the user's favorite and non-favorite movies, and if the final index is positive, Bids are offered to the user.
Resultds: The performance of the proposed algorithm of this research is evaluated on the data of 50, 100, and 200 users of the CinemaMarket site, the results of which show the better performance of the proposed algorithm of this research in comparison with the algorithms of Naive Bayes, k-nearest neighbors and ID3.
Conclusions: Recommendation systems offer content by having a lot of information from users and their behavioral records. The proposed algorithm of this research can perform the task of suggesting the desired content of users with the least possible information, ie information related to users' observations with desirable and acceptable performance.

Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the effect of Educational-Research Interactions between Professors and Students with Librarians in Mazandaran University Scientific Production using Structural Equation Modeling.
Methods: This study is practical in terms of purpose and how to collect information description. The statistical population was 1434 people of Professors, Students, and Librarians who were selected through Cochran's formula 485 as a sample. The questionnaire of Narimani's (2021) thesis, SPSS26, and SMART PLS Software were used to measure variables and data analysis.
Results: The effect of Teacher-Student Educational & Research Interactions with Librarians on Scientific Productions is significant. Teacher-Student Educational Interactions with Librarians (β=0.323) affect directly Scientific Productions and Research Interactions (β=0.472) too. The results of the Structural Equation Model indicate the appropriate fit of the proposed model.
Conclusions: Professor-Student educational & Research Interactions with librarians as the most constant factor in empowering the scientific production of Mazandaran University was increasing academic output. Therefore, considering the role of Librarians of this era (reference, consultant, and educator), these Interactions can be highlighted by holding conferences, meetings, and workshops. It also provides a clear picture of the experiences of University Professors, Students & Librarians, which can be helpful in the University's Macro-Decisions to advance & develop research.
