Objectives: The main purpose of this article is to achieve the main challenges of not using library applications. To achieve this goal, three basic questions were raised: what are the three main challenges of using mobile library applications? What is the priority of these challenges in Iranian university libraries? What is the communication model for these challenges?
Methods: This research is of an applied-developmental type with a mixed Method approach, because a part of the data is collected from the study of texts and qualitative content analysis, and another part is obtained from the survey, and for modeling, the structural-interpretive method, which is a quantitative method. The research community in the first part: articles of the 10-year period from 2010 to 2020 with the keywords "library", "application", and "mobile", have been used in ProQuest, Science Direct, Elsevier, Emerald, Scopus, and Google Scholar databases. The collection tool in the second part of this research was a 25-question questionnaire made by the researcher based on the Likert scale; the community of the second part included librarians of medical sciences libraries in Tehran and specialists in the design of simulations, whose number was about 70 people. And the research community in the third part included two groups: 7 library and information professors, 7 application design specialists, and a total of 14 people as an expert panel based on targeted sampling with the criteria of designing at least 1 successful application for specialists and carrying out a research project practical or theoretical for professors.
Results: The study of various texts showed that there are 5 main challenges for using mobile applications in libraries: challenges related to the financial situation, cultural challenges, technical challenges, knowledge and expertise challenges, and interpersonal communication challenges. The prioritization of these challenges from the point of view of library professors and experts in the field of applications were cultural, financial, knowledge and expertise, technical, and interpersonal communication challenges, which were different from the results obtained from the structural-quantitative modeling section; In the structural-interpretive modeling section, these challenges are divided into two: 1. Technical, knowledge and specialization and cultural challenges, these challenges have a great power of influence as well as the power of dependence, they are also related to each other and to the challenges of the second level; But the challenges of the second level, which include; 2. financial and interpersonal communication challenges; which are very close to the first level in terms of influence and dependence, but these two challenges are actually more effective than the first level from the point of view of experts, in the sense that the challenges of the first level are often considered as fixed challenges, while the challenges of the second level can be changed and They have more adjustments. Among the components of the second level of the financial challenge in MICMAC analysis, it was identified as a key component; As it is drawn in the model, this challenge has a general and major impact on other challenges, and changes in it can change other challenges and even solve the challenge in some cases.
Conclusions: Library administrators and planners can be advised to use cultural library applications first to pursue cultural issues because changes in financial challenges do not seem to be within their control.

Objectives: By identifying the scientific researches of artificial intelligence carried out by universities, industry and the government, this paper seeks to outline the research situation of Iran in the field of this technology in comparison with China and the United States as the two leading countries in artificial intelligence. Based on this perception, the main goal of the current research is to extract the interactive model of university, industry, and government as the main actors in the scientific research collaboration of artificial intelligence in the three studied countries.
Methods: This research was conducted based on the scientometric method and the use of the Scopus database in the time domain of the last two decades. Countries were ranked based on the number of documents and citations to the top 1000. Then the documents were separated based on organizational affiliations into academic, industrial, government, and international groups. On this basis, the co-authoring network of Iran's documents was drawn based on organizational collaboration. Through mutual information analysis, the quality of cooperation in Iran was compared with the other two countries. For this purpose, a meaningful examination of the arrangement of categories was done through Shannon's entropy calculations.
Results: With a small difference, China and America had the most documents and Iran was in the 30th position. In the citation, America, with a significant difference, was first, China was second, and Iran was 17th. By normalizing the number of studies in terms of population and GDP, the United States was placed in a much higher position than China, and the distance between Iran and China in the normalized results was also much smaller. In the uncertainty and synergy of interactions, the same order was maintained. Among the players in Iran, Tehran University, followed by the Amirkabir University of Technology the and Sharif University of Technology, have had the most scientific productions. University, industry, and government data in Iran were experimentally manipulated. The highest output based on the least input change was achieved through increased industry research.
Conclusions: The most important difference in the cooperation model of Iranian actors with the other two countries is the level of industry participation. Among the three countries, America shows the most industrial research collaborations. In the case of Iran, it was also concluded that the policy of encouraging the industry to participate in artificial intelligence research will be most effective. This result is also supported by experimental manipulation of values.
</Abstract>

Objectives: This research aims to extract and categorize the components of an intelligent university to provide a conceptual framework.
Methods: The current qualitative research was developed using a meta-composite strategy. Therefore, the specialized keywords of the research, Smart university, smart higher education, digital university, digital higher education in reliable scientific bases, Science Direct, Springer, Wiley Online Library, ERIC, Sage Journals, and Emerald were searched in the time frame (2010 - 2020). Among the 75 articles obtained, 25 made it to the final analysis. In order to achieve the goal of the research, three questions were designed: What are the main components in the conceptual framework of a smart university? What factors have caused the emergence of complex conditions and the emergence of a smart university? What are the underlying factors for establishing a smart university?
Results: The findings in identifying the components of a smart university include: smart pedagogy (smart teaching, smart learning, smart assessment); Smart research (intelligence of research, capacity building of research), smart academic entrepreneurship (continuous interaction with industry, consulting and career services); Smart governance (good governance based on intelligentization, intelligent leadership of higher education); Smart modern management (smart management of higher education, smart management in universities); Smart campus (smart class, smart environment, green and smart sustainability of the campus, smart architecture in the campus); Smart technologies (technical-statistical, high-level technologies, smart rules and regulations); Smart capacity building (development of hard and technological infrastructure); Smart finance (mechanisms for providing and allocating financial resources, smart financial management) and smart human resources (smart faculty members, smart students, smart employees and smart human resources management). In response to the second question, three factors; cultural contexts (change in academic and extra-academic culture); motivational-attitudinal fields (motivational field, attitudinal field); competitive fields (intensification of competition inside and outside higher education), and dual factors; The proliferation of technological transformations (the development of non-educational technologies, the development of educational technologies), the emergence of biological changes (biological changes, academic changes) had an effect on the smart-university. Then, in addition to the theme network, the three-dimensional conceptual framework of the smart university is also drawn.
Conclusions: All in all, due to the developments in the fields of technology and the change in the structure and nature of past academic models, and the move towards smart universities, along with the occurrence of unknown events such as the Covid-19 epidemic, it has made it difficult to return to the past academic practices. However, in order to align with these developments, willingly or unwillingly, higher education systems have moved towards intelligentization for survival and activism in dynamic conditions. Based on the ten components identified in this research, higher education policymakers and university managers can formulate and implement strategies and programs for making universities smarter according to this component.
</Abstract>

Objectives: In terms of essence, content, and process, education is an interaction-oriented subject. Considering changes in the form and quality of communication, educators should optimally use information technologies for establishing efficient educational interactions; this depends on the development of necessary knowledge, attitude, skills, and belief in abilities. Various factors affect competence development and belief formation. This research aimed to identify the factors that affect the belief formation in informational abilities, particularly in the informational self-efficiency of educators.
Methods: The present study was conducted using a correlational design. The statistical population consisted of primary educators in Ardabil city. Using Cochran's formula, 317 educators were randomly selected as a sample and participated in the research. Donohoo scale and Murphy, Coover and Owen questionnaire were used to measure enabling factors and information self-efficacy. Data analysis was done using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation test and structural equation analysis through SPSS and LISREL.
Results: Structural equation modeling showed that the model of informational self-efficiency enabling factors has a good fit with the data and all six factors (including advanced influence, goal consensus, awareness of each other, cohesiveness, responsiveness of leadership and effective systems of intervention) have a significant positive effect on informational self-efficiency.
According to these results, the responsiveness of leadership with a coefficient of 0.68 had the greatest impact on information self-efficacy, followed by advanced influence with a coefficient ‎ of 0.63, cohesiveness with a coefficient of 0.47, awareness from each other with a coefficient of 0.42, intervention system effective systems of intervention with the coefficient of 0.39 and goal consensus with the coefficient ‎ of 0.29.
Conclusions: With regard to confirming the significant role of the sextuplet factors in information self-efficacy and fitting the examined model using the data, the intervention can be concentrated on the plans and instructions developed based on the mentioned factors for enhancing the educational agents’ belief in their information capabilities. Participation and effectiveness in determining the goals and the opportunity to play a role provide the educational workers with a chance to achieve successful experiences. Consensus on the goals results in more cohesion, integration, and coordination of educators. Awareness of the other educators’ experiences provides the opportunity of modeling, observe, and learn. In addition, the educational leader can provide educators with the conditions, motivation, and focus necessary for training, mastery, learning from others, and acquiring experience in information technologies. Finally, implementing interventions strengthens the belief in educators that they can make changes with their efforts and contribute to educational achievement.
</Abstract>
 <OtherAbstract Language="FA">Objectives: In terms of essence, content, and process, education is an interaction-oriented subject.
Objectives: Today, addressing environmental issues by different organizations can affect the performance and longevity of organizations. On the other hand, due to the high conflict with the amount and amount of waste production and collection, municipalities have a good understanding of structural plans and the establishment of green knowledge. The purpose of this study is to design a plan for the establishment of green knowledge in the municipality to be able to use it to plan different scenarios of improvement for proper settlement.
Methods: This research is a survey in terms of practical purpose, and in terms of how to collect data. The research population consists of 50 specialists, experts, and employees of Isfahan Municipality. To conduct research, first, the effective factors in establishing and implementing green knowledge in an organization were examined. Then, by designing a Likert scale questionnaire, the current status of each factor in the system was tested. Then the obtained factors were studied and analyzed using the fuzzy cognitive mapping technique. To explain why the system was moving, one forward scenario and one backward scenario were tested using FCMAPPER software. To draw a fuzzy cognitive map in this study, Pajek software was used.
Results: The results indicate the identification of 9 factors of green learning orientation, environmental organizational culture, learning green knowledge, green innovation, green knowledge production, green knowledge integration, green knowledge sharing, stakeholder pressure, and green brand attitude as effective factors on knowledge establishment It has green. Findings obtained through the implementation of the fuzzy cognitive mapping technique show the identification of the green knowledge production factor as the factor with the highest degree of centrality in the model. Also, the factors of green knowledge production and environmental organizational culture were identified as the factors with the highest degree of input and output in the map, respectively. Based on the findings of the backward scenario implementation in this study, the environmental organizational culture factor as the initiator of the scenario was examined and analyzed. On the other hand, the findings of the forward-looking scenario in this study show that if the green knowledge production factor improves within the municipality of Isfahan, the system structure will improve towards various structural factors and ultimately lead to an improvement in attitude. Turns to the green brand.
Conclusions: The results of this study can facilitate the proper establishment of green knowledge within different municipalities of the country and encourage city managers to use green knowledge more effectively.
</Abstract>

Objectives: RFID is an acronym for “radio-frequency identification” and refers to a technology whereby digital data encoded in RFID tags or smart labels are captured by a reader via radio waves. Radio Frequency Identification(RFID) is one of the important technical tools for the detection of information resources in the library. This system provides fast and convenient access to resources, prevents theft, accelerates library services, and increases the efficiency of library activities. The aim of this research is to study the feasibility of using RFID in the libraries of Kerman.
Methods: The research is survey-descriptive. Its statistical population consists of all managers and employees of 8 public libraries in Kerman. The tool of data collection is a researcher-made questionnaire, which was used to determine its validity, using the face validity method, and the mathematical expectation was 0.73, which is an acceptable value to confirm the validity of the questionnaire. In order to calculate its reliability, Cronbach's alpha was used which is 0.814, indicating the acceptable reliability of the questionnaire. Data analysis was done with inferential statistics tests, a prioritization index based on the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), and SPSS version 20 software. TOPSIS is a multi-criteria decision analysis method that compares a set of alternatives based on a predetermined criterion.
Results: The findings indicate that the ability to implement RFID in terms of infrastructure and technological tools in the public libraries of Kerman city is moderate. In terms of existing software, these libraries have the ability to implement RFID. Also, the human resources working in the public libraries of Kerman are moderately prepared for the implementation of RFID. In addition, at present, the technological infrastructure for the implementation of RFID does not seem to be sufficient. It is worthwhile that the selection of the software should be done carefully and studied sufficiently. It is necessary to use RFID in the public libraries of Kerman.
Conclusions: The results show that the limitation in the implementation of RFID in the public libraries of Kerman city is mostly related to the expert manpower, budget, and technical issues. According to managers and librarians, it is necessary to carry out this process and take advantage of its facilities. The implementation of educational programs, mid-term and long-term planning, management interaction with library experts for better implementation, and using the capabilities of RFID in providing library services, such as lending, organizing, retrieving, and managing the collection, are among the suggestions of this research.
</Abstract>

Objectives: Considering the importance of creating spiritual motivation in employees as a success factor in the implementation of knowledge management, the present study aimed to identify and rank the effective spiritual motivational factors in the establishment of knowledge management and the degree of affecting and impressible of these factors relative to each other from the perspective of experts in this field.
Methods: This research is practical in terms of purpose and mixed in terms of method. First, by reviewing the literature, the effective spiritual motivational factors in the establishment of knowledge management were identified, and then the Delphi survey method was used to confirm the identified factors and reach a general consensus. For this purpose, a questionnaire containing the identified factors was prepared and distributed among the members of the expert team. Then, by preparing another questionnaire, known as Dimtel method questionnaire, the members of the expert team were asked to determine the intensity of each factor's effect in pairs. In this research, Dimtel's method was used in order to prioritize and identify causal and effectual factors. The statistical population of this research is 12 active and familiar experts in both the fields of knowledge management and human resource management.
Results: Out of a total of 27 identified motivational factors, 17 effective spiritual motivational factors in establishing knowledge management were approved by the experts. After determining the intensity of the existing relationships between the variables, based on the opinion of experts and performing the steps of the Dimtel Fuzzy method, it was determined that Leadership style and managerial actions, organizational culture and organizational justice are the three priorities that have the most influence on other spiritual motivational factors in the establishment of knowledge management and Employees' participation in affairs, creating a sense of being valued, and career advancement and promotion are the most effective spiritual motivational factors in the establishment of knowledge management. Also, the conditions of the working environment (physical conditions, equipment, etc.) are independent and do not have any influence or effectiveness on other factors.
Conclusions: Motivated human resources, directly and indirectly, affect the implementation of knowledge management. In the meantime, spiritual motives lighten the burden of responsibility and make the road smoother. Therefore, one of the important tasks of managers of organizations that have created knowledge management initiatives in their organization or are in the early stages of implementing knowledge management is to know ways to create and strengthen spiritual motivation in employees. Investing more in influential factors, in addition to directly affecting the factor itself, can also influence other factors and indirectly respond to some of the executive burdens of other factors.
</Abstract>

Objectives: The current research seeks to identify and analyze the most important possible factors affecting the acceptance of the electronic document management system in Iran Gas Company. This effort provides an opportunity to synchronize and face future developments effectively and enriches the related literature. Knowing these factors is very important for designing and adopting policies related to the establishment, increasing the use and productivity of this system.
Methods: The current research was conducted using a literature review and confirmatory factor analysis. The research population consists of employees of Iran Gas Company with experience working with the electronic document management system. In order to analyze the data, t-test, mean, standard deviation, significance index, Cronbach's alpha values, and composite reliability were used. In this research, the integrated model of technology acceptance and use, with context factors (such as location, the identity of nearby people, accessible hosts, and devices, and their changes over time) and learning (as users' access to software in all executive levels of the organization) have been combined and examined. The current research is descriptive-survey research in terms of its purpose in the field of applied research and based on its nature and method. In this research, library methods were used to collect background information, and questionnaire tools were used to collect field data and present it on the Internet.
Results: Based on the findings, contextual factors and learning as supporting factors have a significant effect on performance expectations, social influence, effort expectation, and facilitating conditions, and thus support the adoption process of an electronic document management system. Furthermore, the findings indicate the important role of the user interface, the support of senior managers, and the development of employees' skills in accepting and using this technology.
Conclusions: Public institutions need information systems that facilitate the management of documents produced during business processes in a digital platform. The development of information and communication technology enabled digitization and the safe transfer of documents to digital operating systems, which led to the emergence of electronic document management systems. In order to achieve the benefits of technology-based systems and avoid wasting time and money at the scale of a country, their acceptance by users is essential. For this reason, it is necessary to know the factors affecting the intention to use the electronic document management system. According to the findings of this research, one of the main success factors of the electronic document management system in Iran Gas Company is the appropriate user interface and ease of use of this system. Paying attention to the findings of the present research can help the process of the successful establishment of an electronic document archiving system in other government organizations in Iran.
</Abstract>

Objectives: Concentrate, note-taking, reading texts increase ability, analysis, and critical thinking increasing, prepare the preliminaries of learning, and one way to help children become familiar with learning issues is by paying attention to children's visual literacy. This study aims to study the effect of teaching visual literacy on the learning skills of 7-10-year-old children referred to the Public Library of Mohammad Rasoolullah (PBUH) Javanrood.
Methods: This quasi-experimental study was performed using a pretest-posttest with a control group. The statistical population consisted of all 7-10-year-old members of Mohammad Rasoolullah Public Library in Javanrood in 2018-2019. They were selected by convenience sampling method. 15 persons were considered the experimental group for teaching visual literacy and 15 persons as the control group. The research tool was Kangas Learning Skills Questionnaire (2009) and Lupatska et al (2018) visual literacy questionnaire. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used for data analysis.
Results: The results of multivariate analysis of covariance showed that there is a significant difference between the average scores of learning skills and its components (note taking, memory enhancement, exam preparation, concentration enhancement, and time management) in children who received visual literacy education and children who did not receive then education; teaching visual literacy has led to an increase in their learning skills.
Conclusions: Due to the importance of teaching visual literacy to enhance children's learning skills, teaching visual literacy can be considered an effective program in public libraries. Therefore, it requires careful and coherent planning.
</Abstract>

Objectives: Research and study information technology resources and capabilities that enable organizations to be agile in the face of changes is emerging. Creating agility in an organization through information technology is a long-term process and a difficult task for any organization. In this regard, information technology capabilities support the organization's agility and play a fundamental role in understanding and reacting to the environment. Today, the use of information technology in organizations has had a tremendous impact on human resource management by applying different methods and increased productivity of human resource management. Based on this, the present research has been conducted for the first time with the aim of identifying the dimensions of information technology development in human resource management with an organizational agility approach in the police command headquarters of Ardabil province.
Methods: This research is a combination of descriptive-exploratory types. The statistical population of this research was 20 employees of the police command headquarters of Ardabil province, who were employed in the informatics and technology department and were selected purposefully and by chain reference sampling (snowball method). The data collection tool was in-depth and semi-structured interviews with experts, which were conducted using the Delphi method in two rounds. Also, Cronbach's alpha index was used to check the reliability of the questionnaire used, and Fornell and Locker's method was used to check its validity. In this research, after determining the dimensions, using the hierarchical approach, and using the Expert Choice software, the priorities have been determined. Also, Kendall's coordination coefficient has been used to determine the degree of coordination of experts' opinions. The present research was conducted between January 2022 and July 2022.
Results: The findings from the interviews with experts show that the criteria of intelligence and speed of human resources, the competence of technology and human resources, knowledge sharing, and responsibility and flexibility in information technology were identified as the dimensions of information technology development with an organizational agility approach in the police command headquarters of Ardabil province.
Conclusions: The results of the research show that the competency of technology and human resources with a value of 0.319 as the most important dimension was ranked first in the dimensions of information technology development with an organizational flexibility approach. Then the intelligence and speed of human resources with a value of 0.255, knowledge sharing and responsibility with a value of 0.236, and flexibility in information technology with a value of 0.186 respectively as the most effective dimensions of information technology development with an organizational agility approach in the police command headquarters of Ardabil province. were placed Finally, the compatibility rate in this study was 0.004.

Objectives:This research aims to prioritize the actions of public libraries in Iran to increase the overall satisfaction of users based on the Kano model and the asymmetric performance effect.
Methods: The research method is descriptive in terms of data collection and practical in terms of purpose. The statistical population of this research is the number of 10,000 public library users in Iran, of which 400 people were selected as a sample according to Morgan's table by random cluster sampling. The research tool is a questionnaire that was created and validated by the researcher. Data were analyzed with SPSS software. 23 versions were analyzed.
Results: The results showed that the three features of public library services, social and cultural programs, promotion, and introduction of the library are among the basic services with low performance, and the feature of library costs is among the basic services with high performance. The characteristic of the library's fame and popularity is among the functional services with low performance, and the characteristics of librarians, equipment, and collections are among the group of functional services with high performance. The characteristics of ancillary services and social participation are among motivational services with low performance, and the characteristics of activity time, space, place, the feeling of comfort and security, and library system and software are among motivational services with high performance.
Conclusions: Basic and low-performance functional services cause dissatisfaction with public libraries, which should be the first priority to increase user satisfaction. In the second priority, low-performance motivational services should be upgraded to high-performance, and in the last priority, the level of basic, functional, and high-performance motivational services should be maintained at the current level. This type of prioritization of actions in public libraries has been done by considering the two principles of highlighting negative performance compared to positive performance and also the ability to remember positive events against negative events.
</Abstract>

Objectives: The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between the quality of innovation, knowledge-based leadership, customer knowledge management, and the performance of small and medium-sized companies. In other words, the researcher seeks to investigate the effect of customer knowledge management on the quality of innovation by moderating the growth of competition and also to investigate the effect of customer knowledge management on the quality of innovation through the mediating role of company performance.
Methods: The current research was applied in terms of correlational research method and in terms of purpose. The research tool is based on the standard questionnaires of Donat and Pablod (2015), Wang and Wang (2012), and Tahirpour et al. which after measuring convergent validity (average variance extracted by Fornell and Locker), divergent (Heterotrait-Monotrait Ratio) and exploratory (Varimax) and reliability (Cronbach's alpha, combined and Diestra), which follows the idea of methodological triangulation; It was implemented through the participation of 96 managers of small and medium-sized companies active in the food industry of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari provinces, who were selected by random sampling and through Morgan's table. The method of data analysis was implemented at two descriptive and inferential levels and through "SPSS25" and "WarpPLS8" software. Findings:
The research findings showed that the intensity of competition with a beta coefficient of 0.00 and a significance of 0.49 does not moderate the relationship between customer knowledge management and innovation quality, But innovation quality with a significant value of Z=10.47 has mediated the relationship between customer knowledge management and company performance. Also, knowledge-based leadership on customer knowledge management; Customer knowledge management on the quality of innovation; The quality of innovation has had a significant impact on the company's performance, and finally, customer knowledge management has had a significant impact on the company's performance; But knowledge-oriented leadership has not been able to influence the quality of innovation.
Results: The research findings showed that the intensity of competition with a beta coefficient of 0.00 and a significance of 0.49 does not moderate the relationship between customer knowledge management and innovation quality; But innovation quality with a significant value of Z=10.47 has mediated the relationship between customer knowledge management and company performance.
Objectives: This research aimed to predict Internet addiction based on academic procrastination, loneliness, and time management of students at Qom University in the academic year 2020-2021.
Methods: The research method was a descriptive and correlational survey, and the statistical population consisted of all the students of Qom University in the academic year 2020-2021, which were 10171. According to the table of Morgan and Karjesi, the sample size was 373 people who were selected by the available sampling method. The research tools include four internet addiction questionnaires by Young's Internet Addiction (1988) with 20 questions, Solomon and Rothblum Academic Procrastination questionnaire (1989) with 27 questions and three subscales, De To Matsu et al.'s Feeling Lonely (2004) with 15 questions and three subscales, and time management. Truman and Hartley Time Management (1996) with 14 questions and 2 subscales. Statistical analysis of data was done with the help of the Pearson correlation test and regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 24 software.
Results: The results of this research showed that the variables of academic procrastination, loneliness, and time management were able to predict Internet addiction. The academic procrastination variable had a direct and significant relationship with Internet addiction (p<0.01). Also, the feeling of loneliness variable has a direct and significant relationship with Internet addiction (p<0.01). On the other hand, the time management variable had an inverse and significant relationship with Internet addiction (p<0.01). The results of the regression analysis showed that time management has more predictive power than the other two variables for Internet addiction. The beta coefficient for the academic procrastination variable was 0.148, for the feeling of loneliness variable was -0.231, and the time management variable was -0.287. Also, among the components of academic procrastination, preparation for the exam, among the components of loneliness, feelings of family loneliness, and the components of time management, confidence in long-term planning, had more predictive power for Internet addiction.
Conclusions: The findings of this research determined that with the increase in academic procrastination in students, the addiction to the Internet increases. Also, as students feel lonelier, their use of the Internet increases. In the meantime, the greater the ability of time management in students, the less their addiction to the Internet will be. The obtained results show the importance of paying attention to the variables of work-academic procrastination, loneliness and time management in relation to the variable of Internet addiction.
</Abstract>
