Objective: This study aimed to investigate the factors influencing knowledge sharing three factors of the Information Technology tools, humanity and organization factors on the libraries website.
Methodology: The research method was descriptive- survey. The data were collected through researcher-made questionnaire of which the validity and the reliability were provened. The study sample included 20 employees of the Central Library websites in the five state universities in Isfahan. To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics Excel and SPSS was used.
Findings: Ranking three factors show that humanity factors in first rank, then organization and of the Information Technology tools respectively. Based on these results, the "Library website" is at the priority to use of the employees (%55). The findings also is creates a sense of responsibility and commitment in the corporate environment for knowledge sharing. Originality: This researchis important due to targeting the scope of librarians' role in sharing knowledge and tacit knowledge to profit from Library.
