Abstract

Objective: The purpose of this study was to review the Sciences and Techniques of Information Management Journal with scientometrics approach.
Methodology: Scientometric approach used. All articles in the STIM Journal constitute the research population. Data were extracted from the ISC database and analyzed using both
co-word and co-authorship network techniques.
Results: Data analysis showed that the co-word network consists of a large subject cluster and four sub-clusters. The co-authorship network also consists of two main clusters and several sub-clusters. Heidari was the most productive and influential writer on the map. The most productive university was Qom University, but the role of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz and Shahid Beheshti was also significant. Most of the articles had several authors. The results show a growing trend in ISC database citation indices for the journal and the articles of this journal have been cited from various fields.
Conclusion: The topics published by this journal cover most of the sub-categories of KIS field, and the co-authorship is in a good position. Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz has a prominent role in co-authorship, productive authors and citations in articles published in the journal. The journal has been influential in various subject areas.
