Abstract

Aim: This paper aims to study the effect of organizational culture dimensions on
the development of knowledge management in ACECR as a necessity in research-based organizations.
Methodology: The present study is a quantitative one with an applied purpose in terms of descriptive-correlational data collection. The statistical population consisted of middle and basic managers of ACECR and based on Morgan table, a sample of 148 people was selected by the non-random-purpose sampling method. The data collection tool was a questionnaire and its analysis was performed using a multivariate structural equation modeling method using SPSS and AMOS software.
Findings: Each dimension of organizational culture in ACECR research-oriented organization has a direct and high relationship with the development of knowledge management. The effect of the adaptation dimension on the development of knowledge management is more than in other dimensions.
Conclusion: Considering that the factor loading is a positive value, there is a direct, significant, and positive relationship between the dimensions of organizational culture (involvement in work, adaptation, adaptability, and mission) and the development of knowledge management. Therefore, by further supporting and developing the dimensions of organizational culture and creating infrastructure in ACECR, better implementation of knowledge management development can be achieved.
