Abstract

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting the future developments of information and communication technologies (ICT) in organizational knowledge engineering in knowledge-based organizations. According to the importance of information and communication technology, this research has been proposed, studied, and analyzed according to the knowledge engineering framework based on a systemic approach.
Methods: In the present study, open and unstructured interview tools with experts were used to collect information. It is also qualitative in terms of methodology and thematic analysis methods and contextual theory, which were used to classify, index, and sort the data. The purpose of the research is to identify and classify the challenges and problems facing information and communication technologies and knowledge engineering and information and communication management. The researcher tries to understand the challenges of information and communication technologies (ICT) and knowledge engineering and information and communication management by conducting field studies and participating in processes related to the research topic.
Results: Based on the research results, it was found that the factors influencing the presentation of a conceptual model of future developments in information and communication technologies on organizational knowledge engineering in knowledge-based organizations are causal conditions, contextual conditions, intervening conditions, process/interactions, and consequences.
Conclusions: Information technology is the most important factor enabling the knowledge engineering process with high speed and accuracy.
