The statistical population of this research was all employees of the universities of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province, whose number was 2255 people. According to the size of each region, a sample size of 600 people was selected using Cochran's formula, and the sample was selected using a stratified sampling method proportional to the size of each region.
