Abstract

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the status of application of information and communication technology in universities and scientific and practical educational institutions of Qom. To this end, the existing community of researchers in the study included students from faculties and managers of educational groups at universities and scientific and practical educational institutions in Qom. In addition, in order to calculate and process variables, Excel 2010, SPSS 22 software and independent regresion have been used. The performance of information and communication technology in universities and higher education institutions was studied in decision making components, office automation, research and teaching. The results of the research showed that ICT components are more perceptible in decision making.
