Evaluation of faculty members of higher education institutions of blended E-learning system

Abstract

Purpose: Accordingly, the present study aims at assessing the e-readiness and attitudes of university faculty members and invitees from Payam-Noor universities of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province (Shahrekord and Farsan) towards teaching methods of Blended E-learning.
Methodology: All the faculties of universities were studied through a census in 2012. In addition, two questionnaires were used to collect data. Data were analyzed in the software SPSSv.19 in order to compute descriptive and inferential statistics.
 Findings: The study revealed two university academic excellence in both manpower and use of information technologies are afforded the privilege 0.19 and 0.15. The Findings of computer and technical skills very satisfying in a way, in this study, with an average value of this variable is 3/50.
Conclusion:in the attitude towards the establishment of the approach, its opposition to 60% to 21% as compared to the system were agreed. Statistical analysis, no significant differences in age, gender and teaching experience showed how attitudes toward e-learning methods combined.
