بررسی میزان عدم قطعیت کاربران در بازیابی اطلاعات از وب

چکیده

هدف: این پژوهش با هدف مطالعه نبود قطعیت یا نبود اطمینان درفعالیتهای جستجو و بازیابی از وب در بین کاربران بخش تالار رقومی کتابخانه ملی ایران انجام شده است.
روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش پیمایشی تحلیلی و ابزار گرداوری داده ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته است که روایی و پایایی آن سنجیده شد. پرسشنامه در سه سطح، نبود قطعیت را در رابطه با فعالیتهای بازیابی اطلاعات، مشکلات بازیابی اطلاعات و کانالها و منابع اطلاعاتی با توجه به متغیرهای سن، جنس، مهارت فناوری اطلاعات، میزان تحصیلات و رشته تحصیلی مورد بررسی قرار داد.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که میانگین نبود اطمینان کاربران در هر سه سطح مورد بررسی بیش از حد متوسط است. میانگین نبود قطعیت کاربران در فعالیتهای بازیابی اطلاعات کمتر از میانگین عدم قطعیت در رابطه با منابع و کانالهای اطلاعاتی است. همچنین میانگین عدم قطعیت در مورد مشکلات بازیابی اطلاعات نیز بیش از میانگین عدم قطعیت در فعالیت های بازیابی اطلاعات است. بر اساس سایر یافته ها رابطه معنی داری بین ویژگیهای جمعیت شناختی کاربران و عدم قطعیت آنها مشاهده نشد.
نتیجه گیری: بهبود زیرساخت ها و معماری سیستم های اطلاعاتی موجود در کتابخانه هدف از یک طرف و توجه ویژه به منظور تعبیه دروس مرتبط با جستجو و بازیابی اطلاعات در رشته های تحصیلی مختلف از پیشنهادات پژوهش حاضر در راستای کاهش نبود قطعیت در بازیابی اطلاعات کاربران کتابخانه ملی ایران است.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the lack of certainty or uncertainty in the search and retrieval activities of the Web among users of the Digital Library of the Iranian National Library.
Method: An analytical survey method and a data gathering tool were designed by a researcher that validity and reliability were measured. The questionnaire at three levels examined the lack of certainty regarding information retrieval activities, information retrieval problems and channels and information resources with respect to age, gender, IT skills, educational level and field of study.
Results: The results showed that the average uncertainty among users at all three levels was too moderate. The average uncertainty of users in data retrieval activities is less than the uncertainty about the resources and channels of information. The average uncertainty about data recovery problems is also higher than the uncertainty in information retrieval activities. According to other findings, there was no significant relationship between demographic characteristics of users and their uncertainty.
