تأثیر انواع منابع فناوری اطلاعات و قابلیت مدیریت دانش بر کسب مزیت رقابتی

چکیده

چکیده
هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر انواع منابع فن‌آوری اطلاعات و قابلیت مدیریت دانش بر کسب مزیت رقابتی است.
روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و از حیث گردآوری اطلاعات، توصیفی همبستگی و بر اساس مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری است. جامعه آماری شامل شرکت‌های کوچک و متوسط استان آذربایجان شرقی به تعداد 842 شرکت و حجم نمونه بر اساس روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای 300 شرکت است و پاسخ‌دهندگان هدف، مدیران شرکت‌ها بودند. داده‌های لازم به روش میدانی و با توزیع پرسشنامه صورت گرفته و برای آزمون فرضیه‌ها از روش تحلیل مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) از طریق حداقل مربعات جزئی (PLS) استفاده‌شده است. برای تعیین روایی پرسشنامه از صوری و محتوایی و برای تعیین پایایی پرسشنامه از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد ونتایج نشان داد که این پژوهش از روایی وپایایی بالایی برخوردار است.
یافته ها: نتایج حاصل از تحلیل اثرات کل در مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که مقدار t در مسیر منابع زیرساخت فناوری اطلاعات و منابع انسانی فناوری اطلاعات بزرگ‌تر از 96/1 و در مسیر منابع مرتبط با فناوری اطلاعات به قابلیت مدیریت دانش و مزیت رقابتی کوچکتر از 96/1 است.
نتیجه گیری: نتایج کل پژوهش نشان داد که منابع انسانی فناوری اطلاعات و منابع زیرساخت فناوری اطلاعات فناوری اطلاعات اثر مثبت و معناداری بر قابلیت مدیریت دانش دارند که خود بر مزیت رقابتی، تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد.

Abstract
The Impact of Information technology resource and knowledge management capability on competitive advantage
Nowadays, information technology has changed many aspects of everyday life of humans. The present century is the age of information and knowledge, and the information, knowledge and importance of these two are rapidly growing as sources of the organization. So, the organization's management has changed product management to knowledge and information management.
In this research, the impact of three types of information technology resources and knowledge management capabilities on competitive advantage The statistical population of the research was small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Data were collected using a questionnaire survey with managers of SMEs. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to test the hypotheses. Results showed that Information technology infrastructure and Information technology human resource positively affect knowledge management capability (KMC), which is positively related to competitive advantage.
