اولویت بندی عوامل فرهنگی مؤثر بر مدیریت دانش در بانک‌داری الکترونیکی (مطالعه موردی: بانک ملت)

چکیده

هدف: تغییرات سریع در اقتصاد مبتنی بر دانش امروزی، سازمان‌ها را بر آن داشته تا جهت دست‌یابی به اهداف خود و حفظ بقایشان در جهت پیاده‌سازی مدیریت دانش موفق گام نهند، اما درصورتی‌که فرهنگ سازمانی جهت پیاده‌سازی مدیریت دانش فراهم نباشد، به نتیجه مطلوبی دست نخواهیم یافت. هدف از این پژوهش، شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی عوامل فرهنگیِ مؤثر مدیریت دانش در بانک‌داری الکترونیک می‌باشد.
روش: روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی- پیمایشی است و بانک ملت استان قم به عنوان جامعه آماری می‌باشد؛ به‌منظور اولویت‌بندی عوامل مؤثر از روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی فازی بهره جسته‌ایم.
یافته ها: نتایج گویایِ آن است که از میان 3 معیاراصلی به ترتیب معیارهای ”فرهنگ دانش‌محور، فرهنگ سازمانی، فرهنگ خلق و تسهیم دانش “دارای بیشترین اهمیت می‌باشند.
نتیجه گیری: عوامل فرهنگی نقشی حیاتی در تعیین نتایج تلاش‌های مدیریت دانش بازی می‌کنند، به همین دلیل سازمان‌هایی که قصد پیاده سازی مدیریت دانش را دارند، نیازمند بررسیِ عوامل فرهنگیِ مؤثر بر مدیریت دانش می‌باشند.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: Rapid changes in today's knowledge-based economy, has caused the organizations to achieve its purposes and sustain proven survival for the successful implementation of knowledge management. But if the organizational culture for the successful implementation of knowledge management is not provided, the desired outcome will be missed. The purpose of this study is to identify and prioritize the critical success cultural factors of Knowledge Management in E-Banking.
Method: The method of this research is descriptive-analytical and Mellat bank of Qom province was selected as the statistical subjects. To prioritize critical factors of Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process is used.
Findings: The results indicate that among the three main criteria, "knowledge-Based culture, corporate culture, knowledge creation and sharing culture" criteria are the most important.
Results: Cultural factors play a crucial role in determining the results of knowledge management efforts. Therefore, organizations that intend to implement knowledge management need to study cultural factors affecting knowledge management.
