چکیده

هدف: هدف این مطالعه بررسی نقش فناوری اطلاعات در استقرار مدیریت دانش در شرکت واحد اتوبوسرانی شهر تهران ‏است.
روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی، به لحاظ ماهیت و شیوۀ اجرا توصیفی است که اطلاعات آن به روش پیمایشی گردآوری شده است. جامعۀ آماری مطالعه در این پژوهش شامل کلیۀ کارکنان ستادی و صف و پشتیبانی سامانۀ یک اتوبوسرانی تهران است که تعداد 1200 نفر هستند. نمونـه‌گیـری به روش تصادفی خوشه‌ای انجام گرفته است که با توجه به جدول مورگان 291 نفر برای نمونۀ آماری انتخاب شدند. برای تحلیل داده‌های پژوهش و استنباط آماری از تحلیل‌های مختلفی استفاده شده است. در سطح توصیفی، در بررسی داده‏ها ‏‏از جدول‌های یک بُعدی و شاخص‌های پراکندگی و مرکزی به تناسب مقیاس متغیر‏ها ‏‏بهره گرفته شد. در سطح دوم نیز براساس متغیر‌های تشکیل‌دهندۀ پژوهش با استفاده از آمار استنباطی و آزمون معادلات ساختاری تبیین شدند.
یافته‌ها: با توجه به نتایج و سطح معناداری میان فناوری اطلاعات و استقرار مدیریت دانش، بین سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی و استقرار مدیریت دانش، بین فرایندهای کسب اطلاعات و استقرار مدیریت دانش، بین ‏مدیریت فناوری اطلاعات و استقرار مدیریت دانش ، بین سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی و مؤلفۀ فرایند گردآوری اطلاعات (مدیریت دانش)، بین سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی و مؤلفۀ فرایند سازماندهی اطلاعات (مدیریت دانش) رابطۀ معناداری وجود دارد.
نتیجه‌گیری:‌ از میان برداشتن شکاف دانشی، تدوین خط‌مشی مدون مدیریت دانش برای گرد‌آوری، سازماندهی، انتشار، پالایش دائمی و بهره‌برداری از دانش،  ایجاد پایگاه دانش، بهره‌گیری از نظر کارشناسان سازمان،  برنامه‌ریزی برای استفاده از راهبردهای مدیریتی دانش، و تقویت ظرفیت ساختاری مدیریت دانش از جمله اقدام‌های لازم این حوزه است.

چکیده [English]

Purpos: The purpose of this study is to examine the role of information technology in implementing knowledge management at the Tehran Bus Company.
Methodology: The present study is functional and descriptive in nature, with data collected through a survey. The population included all staff involved in the praise and support systems of Tehran Bus Company, totaling 1,200 individuals. The sampling method used was random sampling, and according to Morgan's table, 291 participants were selected. At the descriptive level, one-dimensional tables and dispersion and centrality indices were used in examining the data in proportion to the scale of the variables. At the second level, based on assumptions and variable components, inferential statistics and structural equation modeling were employed for analysis.
Findings: The results indicate a significant relationship between the deployment level of information technology and knowledge management. Specifically, there is a notable correlation between information systems and knowledge management, business processes and knowledge management, the management of information technology and knowledge management, as well as between information systems and components of the knowledge management process, including the gathering and organization of information.
Results: To eliminate the knowledge gap, it is necessary to formulate a codified knowledge management policy that encompasses the collection, organization, dissemination, refinement, and exploitation of knowledge. This includes creating a knowledge base, leveraging the expertise of the organization's specialists, planning the implementation of knowledge management strategies, and strengthening the structural capacity for knowledge management.
