Objective: The purpose of this study is to present a strategic model for implementing the policies of MIMT in the automotive industry based on infrastructure factors and knowledge capabilities.
Methodology: The study population is automotive industry managers with knowledge management expertise and executives and the sample was 20 people using targeted snowball sampling. Data were collected using a semi-structured interview tool. 72 criteria are divided into 24 categories and finally 6 central codes of the foundation data model classification, and finally, the qualitative model is presented using the Grounded Theory model.
Results: In this industry, in particular, policies to focus on quality and reduce the price of finished products, along with increasing production and improving the business environment for foreign direct investment and joint ventures with companies with reputable global brands, the country's auto industry seems to be able to present its products in the buyer selection portfolio internationally.
Conclusion: The characteristics of knowledge and learning lead to a new strategy development methodology. However, the automotive industry can identify the application of knowledge in the implementation of organizational policy as a factor of superiority in a competitive market.
