The present study aimed to identify and rank the effective spiritual motivational factors in the establishment of knowledge management and the degree of affecting and impressible of these factors relative to each other from the perspective of experts in this field.
This research is applied in terms of purpose and mixed in terms of method. First, by reviewing the texts and using Delphi technique based on experts' opinions, spiritual motivational factors effective in establishing knowledge management were identified. for analyzing the data, a combination of decision-making methods in conditions of uncertainty is used eventually the factors are weighted. The statistical population of this study is 12 experts active in knowledge management and human resources.
17 effective spiritual motivational factors were identified. After determining the intensity of the relationships between variables, based on the opinion of experts and performing the steps of the fuzzy demitel method, it was found that leadership style and managerial actions have the greatest affecting and the criterion of employee participation in affairs is very impressible
More investment on the affecting factors in addition to the direct impact on the agent itself can also affect other factors and respond partly the executive burden of other factors indirectly.
