ارزیابی بلوغ هوشمندی کسب وکار کتابخانه های دانشگاهی ؛ با رویکرد علم طراحی

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر، با هدف ارزیابی بلوغ هوشمندی کسب‌وکاردر کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی انجام شده است. روش پژوهش، آمیخته (کیفی- کمی) با رویکرد علم طراحی است. در گام کیفی، به منظور گردآوری داده‌‌ها، از فراترکیب مطالعات پیشین استفاده شد. به منظور کاربردی کردن، مطابق با مدل بلوغ قابلیت، مدل پژوهش در پنج سطح،آغازشده، تکرارپذیر، تعریف شده، مدیریت شده وبهینه شده، طراحی شد. در گام کمّی، گردآوری داده‌ها، از طریق پرسشنامه و تکنیک دلفی فازی انجام شد. در این گام، نظر خبرگان نسبت به ابعاد و سطوح مدل دریافت و تغییرات لازم مطابق با نظر ایشان اعمال شد. سپس با استفاده از پرسشنامه، مدل نهایی، از جنبه‌های دقّت، کیفیّت، سودمندی و کاربردی بودن مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. مدل ارائه شده که شامل 4 مقوله، 16 بعد و 72 زیربعد است در کتابخانه‌های دانشگاه تهران، مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت که طبق نتایج در مقوله‌‌های فناوری، سازمان و فرایند درسطح دوم بلوغ و در مقوله نیروی انسانی در سطح سوم بلوغ قرار داشت.

چکیده [English]

The research, with the aim of evaluating the maturity of business intelligence in academic libraries, used the research method mixed(qualitative-quantitative) with the design science approach. In the qualitative step, in order to collect data, the Meta-synthesis of previous studies has been used. In order to make it practical, according to the capability maturity model, the research model was designed in five levels, initiated, repeatable, defined, managed and optimized. In the quantitative part, the data was collected through questionnaire and using fuzzy Delphi technique. The opinion of the experts about the dimensions and levels of the model was received and the necessary changes were applied according to their opinion. Then, with using a questionnaire, the presented model was evaluated in terms of accuracy, quality, usefulness and applicability. The presented model, which includes 4 categories, 16 dimensions and 72 indicators, was studied in University of Tehran libraries, and according to the results, it was in the second level of maturity in the categories of technology, organization and process, and in the third level of maturity in the category of human resources.
