Abstract
The Impact of Information technology resource and knowledge management capability on competitive advantage
Nowadays, information technology has changed many aspects of everyday life of humans. The present century is the age of information and knowledge, and the information, knowledge and importance of these two are rapidly growing as sources of the organization. So, the organization's management has changed product management to knowledge and information management.
In this research, the impact of three types of information technology resources and knowledge management capabilities on competitive advantage The statistical population of the research was small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Data were collected using a questionnaire survey with managers of SMEs. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to test the hypotheses. Results showed that Information technology infrastructure and Information technology human resource positively affect knowledge management capability (KMC), which is positively related to competitive advantage.
