Digital readiness is a structured business management tool and a reference framework for digital transformation goals. In this regard, the first basic action to determine the model and measure the digital readiness is to identify criteria that are appropriate to the structure and culture of the organization; in this research, it has been studied in the framework of a case study. The type of research was applied research and its approach was qualitative and quantitative research. Using literature review, 39 criteria within the framework of 5 main factors were identified. Then 15 important criteria were identified by experts using the fuzzy Delphi method. Then, using the opinions of experts and FAHP, FDEMATEL and maturity level, the weight of the criteria, the effectiveness of the criteria for model presentation, and the digital readiness level of the university were determined, respectively. The results of FAHP showed that top management support for digitalization projects has the highest weight. Using the results of FDEMATEL, the effectiveness of the criteria was determined, and the cause-and-effect model was drawn. Finally, the status of the digital readiness of the organization was evaluated. The results indicate that managerial readiness in this university is in a good condition.
