Objectives: In service-oriented organizations such as banks, learning, knowledge management and digital innovation improve the effective use of the organization's available time, resources and capacities. The need to develop new knowledge based on information technology is one of the challenges that managers face today. In the new paradigm, which is a competitive and knowledge-oriented environment, organizations should look at innovation as a necessary strategy if they want to remain in the competitive scene. Through digital innovation, opportunities to access new markets, competitive advantages at the national and international level will be created. One of the challenges that organizations face today stems from the change in the environment that requires the development of new knowledge based on information technology. Therefore, this research is conducted with the aim of determining the impact of knowledge management through organizational learning on digital innovation in Refah Bank.
Methodology: This research is quantitative; A cross-sectional and hierarchical fuzzy logic type was conducted in 1401. The research population included 9063 managers and employees of Refah Bank all over the country. A simple random sampling method is used (sample size 368 people). An electronic questionnaire compiled using the Lawson knowledge management questionnaire, the short form of the Sange organizational learning questionnaire, and the Kane and Ho digital innovation questionnaire,, digital knowledge from research literature, whose validity and reliability are confirmed, is used to collect data.
Data analysis is done with Smart PLS 2 software and the conceptual model of the research is tested using partial least squares technique. Partial Least Squares (PLS) method is used to validate and fit the research model.
Findings: The mediating effect of organizational learning in relation to the dimensions of knowledge management with digital innovation is confirmed. Knowledge management variables have an effect on organizational learning. Organizational learning has an impact on digital innovation.
Conclusion: According to the findings of the research, knowledge acquisition, knowledge creation, knowledge sharing, knowledge maintenance, and digital knowledge have an impact on digital innovation through organizational learning. The research results show that organizational learning is an important interface between knowledge management and digital innovation. In previous researches, no attention has been paid to organizational learning in the effect of knowledge management in digital innovation, that's why the current research tries to address this gap. As the results of the qualitative research that Di Vaio et al. conducted in 2021 on the content of articles related to knowledge management, digital innovation, also indicate this; A research whose results show the impact of knowledge management and digital innovation has not been done, and the governance framework that measures the impact of digital transformation and knowledge management on each other has not been done. Knowledge management, just like a system, is considered as an important input, organizational learning as a key process, as a result of digital innovation as a vital output for today's organizations. Banks can improve their organization's digital innovations by using knowledge management and organizational learning systems. It is necessary for the management to be familiar with the concept of knowledge management and to support the knowledge management program in the form of resource allocation and revising the priorities of Refah Bank. Digital innovation tools should be aligned with the expected processes of knowledge management and using organizational learning, and careful planning should be done in this case. It is suggested to create a knowledge creation working group to minimize the role of individual prejudices. Pay more attention to the important role of human resources in advancing knowledge management and make decisions that lead to the production, storage and dissemination of knowledge in the organization. Banks can share knowledge by updating the knowledge in the electronic archives of documents and documents, as well as through the organizational portal, group of software, proposal management systems, and as a result, improve the efficiency of employees and document knowledge and also Use valuable hidden knowledge of employees in future work. As a result, they achieve organizational innovation, which is considered a vital output for organizations today. Other mediating variables, such as type of industry, type of management, type of culture, and other variables influencing digital innovation, can be considered in future research.
