چکیده
هدف: با توجه به تمایل فزاینده مردم برای کسب اطلاعات سلامت از طریق اینترنت، بررسی روند جستجو در وب، اطلاعات ارزشمندی را در اختیار متخصصان و سیاست‌گذاران قرار خواهد داد. تحلیل عبارت‌های جستجوی کاربران گوگل می‌تواند علائق و گرایش‌های آن‌ها را نشان دهد. بر این اساس، پژوهش حاضر روند جهانی جستجو در زمینه درمان با سلول‌های بنیادی در پنج سال اخیر را با استفاده از اطلاعات مستخرج از گوگل ترندز مورد بررسی قرار داده است. در این پژوهش، روند جهانی جستجو، توزیع جغرافیایی جستجو، عبارات جستجوی ترجیحی کاربران که می‌توانند ترجیحات درمانی متقاضیان درمان را بیان کنند، و اهمیت هزینه درمان برای متقاضیان بالقوه درمان مورد توجه بوده
است.
روش‌شناسی: این مطالعه از نظر هدف کاربردی بوده و گردآوری و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از ابزار گوگل ترندز انجام شده است. گوگل ترندز یکی از سرویس‌های شرکت گوگل است که از طریق آن می‌توان نیازها و رفتارهای اطلاعاتی کاربران گوگل را بررسی و تحلیل کرد. نتایج بازیابی شده به بازه زمانی 19 جولای 2015 تا 12 جولای 2020 اختصاص دارد.
نتایج: بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش، روند جستجو در زمینه درمان با سلول‌های بنیادی در بازه زمانی مورد بررسی، افزایشی بوده و بیشترین جستجوها به کشورهای آمریکا، سنگاپور و فیلیپین اختصاص داشته است. همچنین، کشورهای آسیایی بنگلادش، پاکستان، هند، قطر، مالزی، کویت، کره جنوبی و هنگ‌کنگ، کشورهای کانادا، نیوزلند، انگلستان و ایرلند و کشورهای آفریقایی نیجریه، کنیا و آفریقای جنوبی نیز در میان 20 کشور دارای بیشترین شاخص حجم جستجو قرار دارند. کشور ایران نیز از نظر شاخص حجم جستجو در رتبه 25 قرار داشت. درمان با سلول‌های بنیادی برای زانو، درمان درد، اوتیسم، آرتریت، درمان با سلول‌های بنیادی مزانشیمال و درمان بیماری مزمن انسدادی ریه مورد توجه کاربران گوگل قرار داشته است. همچنین، نتایج بیانگر اهمیت هزینه درمان از نظر کاربران در کشورهای مختلف می‌باشد. بیشترین جستجوی مرتبط در زمینه هزینه درمان، در کشورهای ایالات متحده، استرالیا، هند، کانادا و انگلستان انجام شده است.
نتیجه‌گیری: گوگل ترندز ابزاری مؤثر جهت بررسی رفتار جستجوی اینترنتی کاربران گوگل در زمینه درمان با سلول‌های بنیادی است. از داده‌های ارائه شده می‌توان به منظور شناسایی کشورهای متقاضی، اولویت‌های درمانی و روند تقاضا برای درمان استفاده کرد. بر این اساس می‌توان سیاست‌گذاری‌های مناسب را جهت جذب گردشگران سلول‌های بنیادی اتخاذ کرد. در این راستا، متخصصان اطلاع‌رسانی می‌توانند با بهره‌گیری از گوگل ترندز، داده‌های جستجوی کاربران در حوزه‌های مختلف مرتبط با سلامت را استخراج نموده و جهت برنامه‌ریزی‌های آتی در اختیار متخصصان و سیاست‌گذاران حوزه سلامت قرار دهند.

چکیده [English]
Aim: Given the growing desire of people to obtain health information through the Internet, examining the web search process will provide valuable information to health professionals and policymakers. Analyzing the search terms of Google users can show their interests and tendencies. The present study studies the global trends in stem cell therapy in the last 5 years using Google Trends. In this research, the global search trends, the geographical distribution of search, the preferred search terms of users that can express the treatment preferences of treatment applicants, and the importance of treatment cost for potential treatment applicants have been considered.
Methodology: This is an applied and analytical study and data were collected and analyzed using Google Trends. Google Trends is one of the services of the Google company through which the needs and behaviors of Google users can be analyzed. The results are from July 19, 2015, to July 12, 2020.
Findings: The findings indicated that the search for "Stem cell therapy" has been an increasing trend in the period under review. Most searches were in the US, Singapore, and the Philippines. Also, the Asian countries of Bangladesh, Pakistan, India, Qatar, Malaysia, Kuwait, South Korea, and Hong Kong, the countries of Canada, New Zealand, England, and Ireland, and the African countries of Nigeria, Kenya, and South Africa are also among the 20 countries with the highest search volume index in the field of Stem cell therapy.
Iran was ranked 25th in terms of the search volume index. Stem cell therapy for knee pain, pain, autism, arthritis, Mesenchymal stem cell therapy, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has attracted the attention of Google users. The results also indicate the importance of treatment costs for stem cell therapy in different countries. The most relevant searches in the field of treatment costs were conducted in the United States, Australia, India, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
Conclusion: Google Trends is an effective tool for investigating the process of Google users searching for stem cell therapy. The data provided can be used to identify countries in which treatment is sought, treatment priorities, and treatment demand. Accordingly, appropriate policies can be adopted to attract stem cell tourists. In this regard, information specialists can use the Google Trends tool to extract user search data in various fields related to health and provide it to health experts and policymakers for future planning.
